Midday
[Hallie's house]
*Everyone was there besides Nancy and Steven. They were all sitting on the couch talking when she walked in the front door, struggling to hold a ton of pumpkins. Nathan quickly got up and helped her carry them.*
                              Hallie: Hey!
                              Nathan: What's this?
Nancy: Pumpkins! I realized we never got to carve them for Halloween so-
Nathan: You're realizing this a month late.
                              Nancy: Better late than never!
                              *They all looked at her.*
Nancy: Oh come on, guys! This was a family tradition of mine, I did it every year when I was a little girl. The holidays meant so much to be and, I haven't really celebrated this year so...
Hallie: So you want us to carve pumpkins... on December 7th.
Nancy: Yes! And it's still fall, so don't get your panties in a twist.
                              Hallie: It is?
                              Jo: It is.
Nancy: And hey, if you guys want to make it festive, carve a santa hat.
                              Nathan: Okay, we'll carve pumpkins.
                              Nancy: Thank you.
                              Later
[Hallie's house]
*They were finishing up carving their pumpkins.*
                              Nathan: Okay, I'm done.
                              Nancy: Let's see!
*She ran over to his pumpkin to see, and he carved a giant penis in the pumpkin. He was smiling, proud of his fowl joke, while she didn't look impressed.*
                              Nancy: You are so immature.
                              Nathan: But you love me!
                              Nancy: Remind me why.
                              Nina: I finished, too.
*Nancy ran over to Nina to see a fall leaf carved in it. Nancy loved it.*
Nancy: Oh my g- Nina this is the best one!
                              Nina: Thank you.
Nancy: You are the only one who did it right.
                              Nina: Awh.
Nancy: Well, except me, of course.
                              Nina: What'd you do?
*They all walked over to Nancy's pumpkin. She carved a big circle in the middle and one smaller circle towards the top. Everyone was confused.*
                              Nancy: Tada!
                              Nathan: WHat- what is it?
                              Nancy: Um, hello?! It's me!
Jo: Nance, I'm going to save you a lot of time. We have no clue what this is.
Nancy: What? Oh come on you guys! Okay look, this is a pile of leaves-
                              Nina: Or a circle.
Nancy: No, it's a pile of leaves. And this right up here is me, as a little girl, jumping into the pile of leaves.
                              Everyone: *still confused* Oh!
Nathan: See, to me, it just looks like two blobs.
Nancy: Well, it's not. Sorry that none of you are artistically inclined like I am.
Hallie: I don't have to... put these on my front porch and light a candle in them... do I?
                              Nancy: Of course you do!
