S6E4: The Accusation

Night
[Jo and Tuckers apartment]
*Jo and Tucker were fast asleep, it was the middle of the night. Jo suddenly woke up and sharply gasped. Tucker woke up and put his hand on her shoulder.*

Tucker: Jo? Are you okay?

Jo: Yeah, no I'm good. Just had a ... a dream that's all.

Tucker: A bad dream?

Jo: N... no.

Tucker: What was it about?

Jo: Nothing.

Tucker: Come on, tell me.

Jo: No, I can't.

Tucker: Why not?

Jo: Because it- *she sighed* Fine. It was about everyone that I've... been with.

Tucker: Been with? Been with where?

Jo: Sexually.

Tucker: Oh! Well- was I there?

Jo: Oh, you were there.

Tucker: Yeah? Was I any good?

Jo: Well... I don't know. We weren't having sex.

Tucker: I thought that's what the whole dream was about.

Jo: It was. You were just... sitting there.

Tucker: You mean I wasn't participating?

Jo: Right.

Tucker: Who was?!

Jo: Mainly Nathan. Aaron a little. And this guy josh. He was my first.

Tucker: So that's it then? It was just the four of us and I wasn't even doing anything? Why?

Jo: I don't know! I can't control my dreams.

Tucker: Exactly. It was your conscience. Why didn't your conscience want me there?

Jo: It's not like it means anything.

Tucker: It does too! You think I'm bad at sex! Am I not good compared to any of them?

Jo: What? Tucker, you're being ridiculous.

Tucker: Don't dodge the question.

Jo: Tucker, I don't think you're bad at sex. Okay? Can we drop it now?

Tucker: I don't know. How genuine was that?

*She gave him a look.*

Jo: I'm tired. I'm going back to bed.

*She rolled over onto her pillow.*

Tucker: Still dodging the question.

Jo: Goodnight, Tucker.

The Next Day
[the plaza]
*Nancy, Nathan, and Hallie were sitting at the couches in the plaza.*

Nancy: Hal, did you get your nails done? I wish you told me I would've come with.

Hallie: Sorry. But yeah, I got them for my date tonight.

Nathan: You have a date?

Hallie: Are you surprised by that?

Nathan: No.

Nancy: Oh, with James!

Hallie: Yeah.

Nathan: Did you meet him at film school?

Hallie: Yeah. And I have a class with him. He has the coolest camera ever.

Nancy: Nice.

Hallie: You know, I'm so excited to be dating again. I feel like I've been slacking recently.
