Picking Up From Last Episode
[Nancy and Nina's house]
*Nina was still fast asleep, as Steven and Nancy sat on the couch.*

Nancy: So, you got all of my messages?

Steven: Every single one.

Nancy: Oh.

Steven: Not gonna lie, you sounded pretty desperate at times.

Nancy: *laughing* Shut up! I was desperate.

*He laughed, too.*

Steven: I really missed you.

Nancy: I know. I missed you, too.

Steven: So, we're at an agreement. No more stupidness.

Nancy: No more stupidness. From now on, it's you and me, best friends for life.

Steven: You make us sound like we're in middle school.

*She laughed.*

Nancy: I don't care. I don't care!

*She tried to form words explaining how much she missed him, but no words could perfectly capture the feeling she had. She threw her arms up in the air and they hugged each other.*

The Next Day
[the plaza]
*Everyone was there when Steven and Nancy walked up.*

Nina: Hey guys.

Nancy: Hey.

Hallie: Aww look at you two all made up!

Nancy: Yeah

Steven: I couldn't stay mad at her for too long.

Nancy: You kind of did-

Steven: Moving on.

*Nancy and Steven sat down.*

Nancy: Hi!

Nathan: Hi honey.

Steven: Anyone want coffee?

Nancy: Sure.

Jo: I'll have some.

Steven: Be right back.

Nancy: You know what? You always go. Let me get it this time.

*As Nancy went to get up, Jo grabbed her arm.*

Jo: Decaf.

Nancy: Got it.

*Jo's phone kept buzzing.*

Hallie: Jo who is that?

Jo: Just this annoying guy from work.

Nina: Oh is it that Tucker guy?

Jo: Yeah! He keeps begging me to cover his shifts. It's so annoying.

Nina: Do you?

Jo: Yeah! All the time.

Hallie: Awh I'm sorry.

Jo: Gosh, I hate him.

Nathan: Let me ask you something, what does Aaron think of him?

Jo: Well, they only met like once for a short second. And Aaron is too good of a person to realize that he sucks. But believe me, he's heard me rant about him.

*Nancy walked back with three coffees.*

Nancy: Alright. One for you, and one for you.

*She sipped hers and sat down next to Nathan.*

Nina: Why don't you just talk to him and tell him how you're feeling?

Jo: Trust me, he's not that type of guy. And I'm not that type of girl.
