So I'm pretty sure I won't be updating tommorow so I decided why not write a chapter now and to start it off I'm introducing Xanders POV. It's quite short I apologize in dadncd

Xander

Avery cried into my chest after telling me what that pathetic waste of oxygen did to her. I was livid. How dare he hurt my Avery.
"Jess is still hurting me too" she whispers and I feel my fists clench.
What the fuck. Why the fuck doesn't her dad kick her out.
"I haven't told Elijah, I'm scared he won't believe me or he will get angry for ruining his happiness" I scrunch my face up, how could such a pure and innocent girl end up with such shitty cards. She then proceeded to tell me everything from the start to where she is now.
Did I mention I was livid.
"Well how about you go talk with Elijah, I can come too if you want. I just feel you both need to reconnect" I suggest. I haven't known he for long but the insults Elijah always threw at me proved how much he cared. He was a good dad, well compared to mine.
"I think it's time" she whispered and I nodded. "I need to do this alone but can you walk with me, I don't want that man to do anything" she says and I nod "I was going to walk with you either way"

Avery

I finally told someone everything. Now it was time to tell Elijah. I had to be confident. I had to do this.
I was thankful for Elijah as he walked me all the way back home.
I was too afraid to knock and luckily Xander sensed it so he knocked for me.

Elijah

I had begun to loose hope that my daughter would return and that led me to some dark places. I focused more on my work, more than ever. Everyone could see a change, I admit I wasn't approachable,everyone feared me just like they did before.
A knock interrupted my business deal. Some fucker was refusing to pay me so I was holding a gun to his head. I quick ditch the gun in a cabinet before going to anwser.

Avery. My daughter was stood to Xander looking like hasn't slept in days. Had she been crying? Keep your walls up Elijah shed probably here for  more stuff.

Avery.
He stood at the other side of the door looking at me as if he was analysing my every move
"Hello Avery" he finally spoke and I gulped "hi Elijah"
"Want me to come in with you" Xander asked but I shook my head so we said our goodbyes and he left."come in" he says and we head to the hallway.
"Would you like to stay for dinner" he asks and I think for a second only I'm interupted by my stomach rumbling. "That's a yeah then, I'm not letting you leave here if you're hungry" he says giving me a smile.

"I'm just going to go get you a drink you must be thirsty then we can talk" he said
And I nod knowing that a drink would be nice right now. "I'll wait, from in the living room" trying to put off telling him. He nods reluctantly then we part ways.

I enter the living room and see Jess. She looks at me and a wicked grin passes her face "back so soon bitch. Oh the things I'm going to do to you" she got up and once she reach she began hitting me.

No. I can't. Not again

She leaned forward "1,turns out you're worth a fortune to stranger" I gulp. She didn't did she. Oh go what if she helped him
