A normal parent would probably lecture their child about hitting a teacher but i was so proud of her, I couldn't help but admire the strength behind the punch. Who knew my little girl could throw a punch.
Harry really had some nerve trying that with me. Everyone knows you don't mess with me. The thing that concerned me the most was Avery witnessed it, I was very wary to leave her alone, I was worried what bad happened might cause a memory to resurface. I really didn't feel anything but anger towards that vile woman."Hows your hand" I ask as I continue to make us dinner. I had given Avery some ice and after a furrow look to check if anything was broken, I began making dinner whilst Avery got started on her homework.
"My hand is fine, how are you" she replied looking at me with concern. "I'm fine, I promise. How about after we have eaten we watch a film" I reply and she nods "I need to finish my homework though" I smile knowing Avery valued her education. It was definitely a good trait to have."ok let me know if you need any help"She finished pretty quickly so after dinner we watched a film. Although I loved having my daughter close to me I was concerned about how much she was hugging me as we watched the film. She held onto me like I was going to dissapear any second and I didn't know why she was thinking this. "Avery sweetheart, you know I'm not going anywhere" I reassure and she nods "something always comes along and ruins our relationship though" she explains and I feel guilt. It was all my fault. I always damaged our relationship.

It was all my fault. I had caused it all. I was a terrible father. I didn't deserve her. "I'm sorry Avery, I'm going to be a better father, I promise" I hope she believes me. She nodded "ok dad"Soooo I know this is super short but I have a cute chapter planned for the next chapter which I will start on tonight/afternoon so hopefully it will be published today.
There will be some cute chapters
