The Plan

"We need to save them!"

Ron and Hermione exchanged a familiar look, before Hermione spoke up.

"How'd Voldemort get into the ministry of magic without being seen? He and Sirius are the most wanted wizards in the world..."

"Yeah. They can't just waltz into the ministry of magic."

"It just seems so unlikely Harry, you too Carson!"

"I won't let Sirius and Steven die!"

As Harry stopped shouting, George, Fred, Ginny, Luna, and Neville all ran over.

"Are you guys alright? I heard Harry screaming!"

"Voldemort's broken into the department of mysteries! He's got Sirius and Steven! He could already have the weapon!"

"Think Harry! Voldemort knows you! He knows you'd rush off to save Sirius."

"There isn't anyone else 'Mione! Everyone from the order is gone! Mum's on an auror mission!"

"Anything we can do to help?" Ginny asked, and Harry shook his head.

"No there isn't!"

"Yes they can Harry!" Hermione piped in, earning a nod from Ginny.

"How then?"

"First before we do anything, we need to establish if Sirius is in the safehouse or not. We need to check if he's there. We'll need to get into Umbridge's office."

Carson glanced at Fred and George before speaking. "And for that, we'll need a really good distraction, perhaps a demonstration from the two best pranksters at Hogwarts?"

"Right you are Carson. Think we can whip something up George?"

"Might be able to."

"Just give us a few seconds."

"Mind you boys, it has to be really good."

"Not to worry future Mrs. Marshall, we've got something that will be outside everything we've done here at Hogwarts combined."

"It's been too quiet around here anyway."

"Time we did some real damage to the place."

"We'll also need everyone to keep her away from her office." Hermione told them, looking at Ginny.

"We can do that! Me and Luna will guard the hallway." Ginny announced, and Luna nodded eagerly.

"We'll probably only manage five minutes or so."

"That's all we'll need. We just need to check if dad and Sirius are there."

"Right. You've got ten minutes to get to Umbridge's office. And whatever you do, stay away from the astronomy tower for the next couple hours."

"Unless they spread, then I'd get out of the castle for a while."

Fred and George leave, and Hermione turns to Carson and Harry. "Break out your invisibility cloak Harry."

Ginny and Luna went to go guard the hallway, and the four friends left. Suddenly, a bang like cannon went off and Filch came running towards Umbridge.

"Professor! It's those Weasley twins! They set something off in the astronomy tower."

Umbridge smiled twistedly at his words. "Ready to bring out the old punishments again?"

"They've had this coming for a long time!" Filch muttered, grinning evilly.

They both depart around the corner and Umbridge's office door swings open and closed.

Hermione, Harry, and Carson drop the invisibility cloak and go to the fireplace. Carson snatches a handful of floo powder and drops it into the fire. "Grimmauld place!"
