When they arrived at Grimmauld place, Harry tapped his wand on the door and they all stepped inside. They all pointed their wands, in case anyone was there.
"Severus Snape?" Moody's voice called out, scaring all four of them.
"Moody?" Carson asked, thinking he might've still been alive.
Just then a great rush of cold air sweeps through the hallway and the quartet's tongues curl back in their mouths. A ghost of Dumbledore sweeps through the room and it screams before disappearing.
"What was that about?" Ron asked, still creeped out.
"Mad-eye's doing, I'd guess. In case Snape decided to come snooping." Hermione explained as a floorboard creaked, "Homenum revelio. It's a spell to reveal human presence. We're alone."
The four walk into the house, and Hermione drags Carson away and into an empty room. "We really need to talk Carson."
"About what?"
"The day before the wedding. We didn't use protection." Hermione stated, Carson froze before speaking up again.
"So what you're saying is that you're...?"
"I checked with a spell. It's a boy. Steven Sirius Marshall." Hermione smiled.
"Really? You're serious?" Carson asked, a smile breaking out on his face.
"No, that's our son's middle name, not mine. Keep up love."
Carson connected their lips together and they both smiled into the kiss, when they pulled away he hugged her tightly.
"We have to tell Harry and Ron, you know." Carson muttered to her, as she nodded.
"We'll tell them now, then get to bed."
They both walked back to where the boys were and sat down.
"We have something to tell you two." Carson started, as they both looked at him and Hermione.
"I'm pregnant."
"What?!" Harry and Ron shouted at the same time.
"That's amazing!"
"Congratulations! Can you name it Ron?"
"The baby is a boy, but no way." Hermione told him, "We've already chosen a name. Steven Sirius Marshall." Hermione explained.
They talked a bit more about the baby, before going to bed. Hermione got the couch, since she was carrying a baby, while everyone took the floor. They decided to sleep in the living room, since they didn't want to be separated.
Hermione woke up early, and went to the bathroom straight away. Carson followed after her, as she entered the bathroom and threw up. Carson held her hair back and rubbed her back soothingly. Once she got it all out, he helped her up and they got ready for the day. When they arrived back, they didn't see Harry anywhere.
They woke up Ron, and they all went to look for Harry. When they found him, he was in Sirius' room going through all of his things.
When they found him, they went downstairs and Ron pointed something out. "Guys! Look at this!"
"The two clinging to the tree are Death Eaters for sure. Dunno 'bout the bloke on the bench. Can't see us, of course. But we'll have to be careful coming and going. C'mon. There's something else you need to see." Ron mentioned, taking them up to a narrow doorway.
They entered the bedroom and saw a wall of news clippings about Voldemort and the dark mark.
"Lovely" Hermione muttered, her hand resting on her stomach.
Ron pulled the door shut and everyone looked at the sign on the door. The sign read, 'Do not enter Without the Express Permission of Regulus Arcturus Black.'
"Regulus Arcturus Black...?" Hermione whispers, then gasps.
"R.A.B! It's Regulus." Carson exclaimed.
"Exactly!" Ron yelled.
"To the Dark Lord. I know I will be dead long before you read this... I have stolen the real Horcrux and intend to destroy it..." Harry read the note again.
"R.A.B. was Sirius' brother?" Ron asked.
"Looks like it mate."
"Yes. Question is, did he actually destroy the real Horcrux?" Hermione pondered.
Just then, a shuffling sound was heard in the kitchen. Harry seemed to know exactly who it was. "Stop! I order you!"
"Kreacher..."
