The azure-colored clouds brought a new day in everyone's life, making the birds chirp noisily all across the vast expanse of the sky. There was a girl dressed beautifully in the mini cherry red top and baby pink skirt twirling around her slender thighs. She had just taken a warm bath and was gently rubbing her soaked in water tresses by standing under the scorching sunlight to dry it faster. She put the towel over the recliner chair, and something caught her attention for which She approached the railing in inquisition. She saw a truck unloading the stuff with a few men surrounded, and she remembered a few days before her father apprised her mother that a new tenant was coming to their society. An unknown glimmer shone in her chocolate-honey eyes, and so She rushed into the living room.

"Kaha jaa rahi ho?" A familiar voice halted her steady steps, and The girl looked at her mother walking out of the kitchen with a glass of warm white milk in her hands.

"Niche jaa rahi hoon Aai." The girl replied to her mother with a meek smile.

"Theek hai, pehle yeh doodh finish karo...fir jana." The lady said in a soft voice.

"Abhi nahi aai...aake pee lungi pakka." The girl refused to drink plain milk and scurried to the main door.

"Naina...tumhara yeh roz ka bahana hai, chalo chup chap peeyo warna niche jaane nahi dungi." Her mother rushed to her naughty daughter and twisted her ear with a knowing look on her face.

"Aai, kay kartes tumi?" Naina winced in pain and looked at her mother innocently.

(Mummy, kya kar rahe ho aap?)

"Bala, itni innocent banne ki koshish mat karo." Her mother cupped her face with a saccharine smile, and Naina stared at the obstinate lady in utter disappointment.

"Kya hua?" A masculine voice drew the attention of two women towards him, and The man advanced them while wearing his spectacles.

"Baba, bolo na Aai ko...mujhe niche jaane nahi de rahi hai." Naina wrapped her hands around her father's knee and pressed her head against it.

"Kyu? Kya problem hai tumhe Sarita?" Her father asked his wife with a soft expression.

"Arey yeh doodh nahi pee rahi hai, kabhi se ise bol rahi hoon." The lady complained.

The man chuckled and looked at his innocent daughter. He fondly stroked her damp hair, and asked her lovingly - "Beta, aise zid nahi karte, doodh nahi piyogi toh strong girl kaise banogi tum? Aai jo bol rahi hai woh sun lo na, fir niche chali jana khel ne. Koi nahi rukega tumhe."

Naina didn't have the heart to defy her beloved father. She reluctantly agreed to drink the plain-without-any-chocolate-flavor milk, and Sarita smiled at her husband. She handed over the delicate glass to her enraged daughter, and Naina shut her eyes in annoyance as she sipped the milk with pure revulsion knitted on her visage.

"Jao," Sarita said happily, patting her daughter's rounded cheek.

Naina angrily glared at her parents for always making her agree upon drinking this milk, and They laughed at her cute expressions.

"Jao ab khel ne warna tumhari Aai aur kuch healthy bana kar leke aa jayegi." Her father remarked with a sweet smile, and Naina instantly dashed out of her house to meet her friends and also to see who their new tenant was.

She took the stairs instead of the elevator, and after reaching the society compound. She saw three unfamiliar figures standing next to the truck. Her curiosity doubled as she started to advance the new people unknowingly. She couldn't see the boy who probably looked taller and stronger than her, his face was turned in front of the gate, and The lady supposedly the mother of the two young children looked at Naina with a blank face.
