Sameer wasn't able to sleep the entire night just by thinking of the repercussions Naina could face by staying closer to Prithvi. She needs to be saved from the worst events, she is a delicate girl if something might happen to her due to her blind trust in her boyfriend. He wouldn't be able to forgive himself for not protecting the pretty-girl despite knowing the whole truth. He was tossing and turning on the bed while wondering how to expose Prithvi's real face in front of Naina. She won't even listen to him because of course any girl would trust her boyfriend more than someone else. He sat up out of vexation, and walked towards the balcony with heavy steps...his body was having unbearable pain, and some patches on his arms and back are too painful. He couldn't even touch those wounded parts, so far he only heard or seen in movies that when the hero gets into a fight and end up injuring himself, his heroine comes to heal his bruises by using her ever-so-famous dupattas or saree pallu, but today He realized that all these are stupid and fictional scenes. Nothing of this sort happens in reality, but there was one thing that he found quite filmy. When he was feeling weak and was about to fall, it was Naina, who held him, wrapped her soft hands around his back, and let him balance himself properly. That moment was too beautiful and unforgettable, the way she handled his battered body he will always be obliged to her. Because if she wouldn't have been there, he would have got several stitches on his young face.

He pulled out a lighter and cigarette from the pocket and was about to light up when he spotted Prithvi coming inside the society with two more people accompanying him. They were cackling while walking, and Sameer quickly glanced at his wristwatch only to realize that it was four-thirty-am. What was he doing out at such an unusual time? He saw the young boys hugging each other, and one of them handed a plastic packet to Prithvi with a smirk. They left after a while, and Sameer couldn't apprehend what was there in the pouch? Perhaps something illegal? He couldn't trust this guy even a bit, Prithvi can do anything, and nothing is impossible for him. But even he isn't timid and afraid of the consequences. He will do everything to prove that Prithvi isn't the right guy, he isn't only lustful and merciless but also into all the illegal things which he shouldn't do.

"Pata laga na padega aakhir yeh Prithvi itni raat ko kaha se aaya? aur woh pouch me bhi kuch tha, I can't put Naina's life at risk...aaj jo hua uske baad I know she won't even show me her face, but dheere dheere main use mana lunga. I know her, she can't be angry at me for a long time." Sameer said with a hopeful smile and decided to do a covert investigation of Prithvi and his friends without letting anyone know about it.

• At College

Ankita had been observing Sameer wasn't talking or behaving jubilantly like before, he was quiet, lost, and worried. She was keen to know what was bothering her friend, she couldn't see him in a sullen mood. He is such a sweet and cute guy, he shouldn't face any trouble and hardships because of anyone. They finished their lectures and walked out of the college while uttering nothing. She glanced at him with incredulity, and Sameer just looked at the poster of the dance academy with a restless expression.

"Kya Hua?" She finally asked him in a soft voice.

"Nothing." He replied to her.

"I know, we have just become friends, but you can trust me," Ankita assured him in a gentle voice.

"It's not about Trust, Ankita, some things are hard to explain," Sameer replied to her with a miffed face, and She nodded in understanding.

"Janti hoon, but try toh karo. I'll definitely find a way to solve your problem." Said Ankita confidently.

"You met my friend, Naina...right?" He started, and She hummed positively.

"She has stopped talking to me." Sameer declared in a low voice, and his eyes filled with untold emotions.
