"Sameer, do you think I'm doing wrong?" Naina asked her best friend with perplexity stitching on her face, her brows joined into curiosity to know what he says.

"What?" Sameer looked at her in pure confusion.

"I mean to say...mere gharwalo ko lagta hai I don't meet you and talk to you, but I'm doing that, and that too intentionally. So do you think it is wrong and sinful?" Naina expressed her feelings of guilt, and He didn't know what to say, he didn't feel she was being wrong anywhere. Both her family and she were right and helpless at their respective places, he can't blame either of them.

"I don't think so...we aren't doing anything wrong by meeting and talking to each other," Sameer said normally.

"Haina? I know, but meri family nahi samjhti. They think that you're not a good guy, you've spoilt their reputation and blah blah blah." Naina told him with cuteness coloring her beautiful face, and He heard only half of her words as he was too busy admiring his girl.

"Tum kuch sun bhi rahe ho ya nahi?" She tapped her finger on his shoulder to bring him out of his trance.

"Of course, I heard what you said," Sameer said embarrassedly.

"Really? Tell me kya kaha tha maine?" Naina asked him sternly.

"Chodo na yeh sab, you're not doing a crime. That's all." He said with a sweet smile, and She nodded slowly.

"Agar kisi din unhone humein aise dekh liya toh?" She voiced her fear while shivering.

"Toh? Tum mujhse milna ya baat karna band kar dogi?" He asked her solemnly.

"No...I can't do that, I'll try to convince them, nahi mane toh fir kuch jugad karna padega." Naina said courageously, and Sameer mentally clapped for this girl who was even ready to go against her dear family for him.

"I like your chivalry." Sameer praised her.

"Thank You, i am sure aai baba toh fir bhi maan jayege, but dada ko manana impossible hai...woh tumpe bahut chid kar baithe hue hai," Naina informed him so that he would be cautious of her brother's wrath.

"Why?" He asked her casually.

"Tumne unki behen ko sabke samne propose kiya na." She said innocently.

"Oh, I can understand his anger as a brother...Don't worry, zarurat padhi toh tumhare bhai se thodi maar bhi kha lunga." Sameer looked at her with a lopsided smile while leaning his body completely toward her petite frame, and Naina lowered her head, her shy eyes staring at his feet that slightly touched against her soft ones.

"Maar kyu khaoge? Padh likh kar ache se gentleman ban jao, woh khud tumhe maaf kar dege." She suggested.

He stared at her sparkling irises, and said huskily - "Agar unki beti ka haath thamna hai...toh obviously mujhe pehle well settle hona padega." Pausing to look at her amused posture, he appended while stroking his finger on her blushing cheek - "taki use future me koi financially problem na ho."

"Sameer, tum kaha se kaha pahuch gaye...abhi toh humari shadi hone me 8/10 saal baki hain." Said Naina rationally.

"Oh, that means tum mujhse hi shadi karogi?" Sameer asked her jubilantly.

"I didn't say that." She tried to sound normal.

"You said that Humari Shadi...so what does that mean?" He questioned her with mirthful eyes.

"Haan toh, iska matlab yeh thodi tha main tumse shadi karugi, maine toh aise hi keh diya tha generally," Naina replied to him in a soft voice, and Sameer knew she wouldn't admit it herself, that she imagined for a moment that they both will get married to each other in the future.
