It was Radhika's birthday and Naina couldn't be happier to rejoice in the moments of delight with her friends. They brought a rasmalai cake from the local bakery and Aditya glanced at his wristwatch, it was 11:54 Pm. They still had six minutes to reach her home. They quickened their pace, entered their building, reached her classy home, and then walked inside the huge living room where her parents had decorated everything from balloons and pictures of her childhood. Sonali gingerly put the heavy baked dough on the fragile table clothed with red shade, and Naina placed the tiny boxes of chocolate cupcakes and delicious pastries beside the cake. She bit her lower lip in excitement, and just then she saw Sameer entering the hall, dressed in a dark leaf green t-shirt, sleeves rolled up to his veiny arms, black track pants fitting well on his slender legs, and the polo neck pattern of his t-shirt coerced Naina to ogle at him shamelessly. He undoubtedly looked pleasing to the eye with his hair mezzy, falling on his magnetizing eyes, and pinkish lips smiling at Sonali and Aditya.

He stylishly came forward, purposely avoiding her presence, and Naina felt a sharp ache in her heart. She wasn't accustomed to his ignorance toward her, and it was reminding her again and again of Rude-Man. She took a deep sigh, and soon the clock designed a new day, exciting them. They walked straight to Radhika's bedroom and unluckily the door was closed, so Naina knocked on the hard surface, stifling her smile. They heard the birthday girl groaning in annoyance as her beautiful sleep was disturbed, and as soon as Radhika unlatched the door. An over-enthusiastic Naina jumped on her body, saying aloud - "Happy Happy Happy Birthday Meri Jaan."

"Oh no, today is my birthday?" Radhika exclaimed shockingly, rubbing her forehead in disbelief.

"Happy Birthday." Everyone wished her, in a soft voice, and her parents embraced their adorable grown-up daughter with a sweet smile.

"Thank You So Much Everyone." Radhika looked at her friends and parents with sleepy eyes.

"Tu aaj itni jaldi kaise so gayi?" Naina asked her in confusion.

"Pata nahi yaar college se aane ke baad I was feeling damn sleepy toh khana khane ke baad I immediately fell asleep," Radhika replied to her in a hoarse voice, patting her mouth as a loud yawn flew out of it.

"Acha, chal ab cake cut karne," Naina said happily, dragging her towards the table where Radhika's favorite desserts were placed neatly.

Asha turned on the lights, and Radhika saw how her home was embellished with pink and white balloons, and her childhood memories were pasted on the walls, making her feel nostalgic. She gave an emotional smile to her loved ones and bent a little to slice the cake. Aditya was lovingly admiring his girl looking cute with that grin of contentment on her face, and Radhika fed her parents and friends one by one. Sonali and Naina smeared the soft cream on her cheeks, and the birthday girl glared at them, but soon they burst into fits of laughter, filling the room with bliss. Aditya came ahead to make her eat the baked dough, and Radhika slightly opened her mouth, her seductive eyes penetrating his shy ones. He flattened his boyish lips and pushed a small slice of cake.

"This was my bestest birthday ever, thank you so so so much all of you." Radhika looked at everyone individually, and her soft gaze stopped at one particular face, who responded to her expressions with a nervous smile.

"You deserve all the happiness my love." Naina blessed her with a friendly side-hug, and Radhika grinned, her head momentarily shifting in Sameer's direction, who was staring at his girlfriend with a glimpse of love in his orbs.

"Did you patch up with Sameer?" Radhika asked her friend in a low voice, and Naina was stunned as to how she knew they had decided to part ways. She quickly came out of the hug, looking at her in puzzlement, and Radhika deciphered that they still had not mended the broken relationship. Sighing in displeasure, she apprised her - "I know everything, and I don't support your decision. Jaa yaar, jaa ke mana le apne pyaar ko, baar baar mauka nahi dega deva tujhe."
