The wedding of Shivangi and Aryan was held next month post-Diwali, and everyone was occupied with the shopping. Sameer never felt so frustrated before now, studies, Naina's distance, her missing warmth from his life, his sister's marriage, its expenses, everything was burdened on his fragile shoulders, but yet He subsided his inner pain and kept a face of a Strong Man who isn't affected by anything going on in his life.

Naina was trying hard to keep her distance from Sameer, but things weren't working in her favor. She misses him, his scent, his cold hands on her burning skin, his hypnotizing eyes which reads all her happiness and sorrows in a moment, his soft kisses and hugs to relieve her pain, his gentle arms comforting her miseries, his lips touching the strings of her soul, his smile which fascinates her every moment, his curved jawline, his thick dark beard pricking into her delicate skin, his playful remarks, his closeness to her body which was craving to feel him. She didn't know living without Sameer would be so terrible. if he hadn't come that night drinking alcohol, everything would have been good, but that night changed everything.

She wasn't able to shop clothes enthusiastically, she wasn't exuberant for her only favorite cousin's wedding, and she wasn't able to pay attention to her studies and projects, in fact, She feels she has lost the Real Naina in Sameer, she has left a part of her inside him, and the remaining pieces in her soul was yearning to get back that old Naina who used to be excited about everything, who used to love Arts, who used to love going to the college and meeting her childhood friends, who was brave enough to meet her boyfriend on the terrace at night, and who was a loyal and most devoted lover of Sameer.

The night shone over the clouds, bringing darkness all around the murky sky. Naina was reading books to study the subjects, and her mellow ears felt blessed when she heard soft drizzles falling outside, the faint drops appearing on the glassy window, making her smile. Rain has always been her mood maker, whenever she feels gloomy and lonely the raindrops become her best partner who hides her tears under its powerful water. She slowly rose from the bed, walking towards the window to gaze at the gentle downpour. She stretched her tiny hand and the liquid tickled on her pinkish palm, cascading down the road. Naina stared at the people on the ground running to cover themselves from newspapers or opening umbrellas as the mild water spray now turned heavier on their bodies...She looked up at the pellucid black sky shimmering with thunderbolts, and her eyes meekly flickered, loving the music of pitter-patter. She came forward to feel the touch of rain on her face, and her woes seemed to be dissolving slowly in the mist rainfall.

Suddenly her happiness faded within the sheet of rain when she remembered about Sameer, and her feet quickly sprang up to rush outside.

Naina reached the terrace with pearls of rain tickling her pink cheeks and saw Sameer standing there, his back turned, his arms spread wide to relish the season of romance in his closed eyes. Her steps turned heavier when she approached him, and her heart cried at seeing him drenching himself under the barish...As promised he genuinely came to the terrace to relive their memories, and her eyes became moist.

"Maine bahut baar suna hai baarish me ki gayi duaye qubool hoti hai...Aap toh jante hai god ji meri dua kya hogi, i just want Naina. I want her to love me again, I want her to be with me...Sun lo meri baat and give me back my jaan." Sameer was talking to the jet-black sky with curtains of rain passing through his moist lashes, and Naina could feel warm tears occurring in her eyes after listening to his words, his helplessness, his yearning.

"Sameer." She uttered his name, in a soft voice, and He lowered his hands, slowly turning back to look at her.

"Naina? What are you doing here?" Sameer asked her in a surprised tone.
