A very very very very long update ahead!!

Samaina went to an expensive restaurant on the insistence of Sameer. Naina didn't want him to waste unnecessary money on the food which they can have at roadside restaurants at a cheaper price but Sameer being Sameer didn't listen to her, and now they were here in one of the most luxurious hotels in Pune. They both took a seat for themselves near the corner and Naina was just looking around the modern crowd.

"Order karo?" Sameer looked at her calmly.

Naina slightly nodded her head, opening the menu book with hesitancy. She was attentively examining the price of food and her eyes immediately widened in sheer shock, the tortilla here costs more than ordinary roadside food and the most reasonable thing she found on the list was plain filter water. She blinked her eyes while wondering what to order to keep the bill under control, and Sameer was watching his girlfriend's reluctance and agitation against the expensive meal.

He sighed and told the well-dressed man who came to take their order - "Get us one pink sauce pasta, chocolate mousse, mozzarella pizza, blue lagoon juice, and two butterscotch Ice Cream."

Naina opened her mouth to stop him from wasting money but by then the waiter was gone to bring their order. Sameer stared at his girlfriend with a disbelieving smile, and said - "Janta hoon meri hesiyat nahi hai itne bade restaurant me aane ki...but yeh meri treat hai tumhe, humare 4th anniversary ki."

"Sameer, tum khamakha yahan itne paise waste kar rahe ho...tumhe pata bhi yahan sirf normal khana bhi bahut mehenga hai." Naina looked at him in disappointment, and Sameer was glad his girl valued the money more than her reputation to be sustained in front of this audience.

"Khane par paise kabhi waste nahi hote...haa aisi jagah pe thode kharch zyada hote hai par theek haina. Kabhi kabhi chalta hai yaar." Sameer told her normally while placing his hands on the table.

"Bachpan se mujhe bade bade restaurant me aane ka shauk tha, par meri aai mujhe kehti thi Bala humari hesiyat nahi hai aise bade logo ke beech baithne ki." He added further with a slow smile appearing on his lips, and Naina felt the heaviness of guilt overpowering her delicate heart.

"But see, destiny kaise change ho jati hai...aaj main yaha baitha hoon, bina kisi jhijhak ke, haa main utna capable nahi hoon filhal but my three lucky charms will make me a successful man one day," Sameer spoke with a glimmer of pride in his onyx eyes, and his lips pulled for a bright smile.

"Three?" Naina looked at him in confusion.

"Aai...Tai...and You." He said in a husky voice, making her blush a faint shade of pink.

"Acha Naina...ek baat kehni thi, kahu?" Sameer looked at her intensely while stroking his beard.

"Haan kaho?" Naina replied to him.

"Umm jane do, yahan nahi akele me kahuga." He refused to say and she glared at him for increasing her curiosity for no reason.

"Aisa kya kehna hai tumhe?" She asked him with furrowed eyebrows.

"Akele me kehne wali baat hai, yaha kahuga toh tum sharma jaogi, aur phir mujhe kuch karne ka mann karega...I hope you understand." Sameer said in a hoarse voice, his steel black eyes stuck on hers, and Naina deciphered that staying quiet would be the best option for now.

He chortled at her cute expressions and in the meantime, the appetizing food was served on their table in an exquisitely designed plate and nicely decorated jar with a chocolate roll stuck inside the fluffy thick mousse. Naina and Sameer clinked their respective jugs for cheers with a wide smile, and gleefully sipped on the freezy liquid. They shared a slice of cheesy pizza while enjoying the soothing ambiance of the restaurant, and the musician was playing a soft song in the background to entertain the audience. Sameer was animatedly talking with his girl about how he is enjoying his job as a Framework Developer, and she was observing the inevitable shine of pride and pleasure on his face while sharing tales about his office lifestyle. She sighed in relief and slowly savored the smooth pink gravy of fusilli pasta.
