The match began and Sameer was treating the bowlers as if he had some personal issues with them. He spared none of them, he shot sixes and fours like he is a professional cricketer and had been under the clutches of someone to not play his most favorite sport. Naina was amazed by his exceptional batting skills...She couldn't believe this is the same guy who refused her from enrolling his name in the tournament. A smile of felicity painted on her soft lips as she felt happy for this Rude-Man for taking her words and suggestions a bit seriously. Radhika and Sonali were swooning over his charming aura which could be seen from the thin net cloth...These arrangements were done by the association so that the audience couldn't get hurt from the ball. Radhika was first amongst them to clap for the cricketers continuously...she even whistled to motivate them which made Aditya feel weird. He just looked at her with an unreadable expression, and let out a deep breath.
"Mahaul kaafi sanjeeda hogaya hai, samjh nahi aa raha kaunsi team jeet ne wali hai. Lions Of Maharashtra...ya fir Wild Tigers of Nashik. Dono ki taraf se kaafi badhiya bowling aur batting hui hai...ab dekhte hai kaun is chamakti trophy ko jeetega...par in sabke beech me Mr.Sameer Raut ki tareef karni padegi. Kya zabardast batting ki hai inhone shuruwat se...aur ab bhi last over tak ekdum datt kar khade hue hai. Waqai me inki performance ka koi jawab nahi hai." Ravi was doing commentary using a microphone, and everyone applauded for Sameer.
Aradhya was the bowler who was approached to deal with Sameer, a beast for them...He was nodding his head at whatever the captain was telling and explaining to him, and finally, it was time for the real tension and anxiety. Radhika almost crossed her finger and begged God to make Maharashtra win this final match anyhow. Whilst Naina was sitting there calmly, intently staring at Sameer and the damp patches of sweat wrapped on his jersey. She wanted to appreciate him for his marvelous talent...and she decided to do it after the match. Whether they win or not, whether they take the trophy home or not, all that matters to her was Sameer's immense hard work and determination to ensure the team that they still have a slight chance of holding the huge golden trophy for which everyone struggled.
Every girl was longing to make Sameer bag the trophy as he genuinely deserved it. He had been playing for almost an hour now, team Wild Tigers of Nashik made 165 Runs in 15 overs, and The Lions of Maharashtra had scored 155 in 14.3 overs. Only three balls were left and they needed 10 runs to win. Sameer solemnly discussed something with the player, and He understood his guidance. They both walked back to their respective positions, and Aradhya delivered the ball to Kunal's way, to which he pushed away slightly...taking a quick run so that Sameer could come on the strike. The fielders thought they would be able to run out the oversized Kunal, but it was their bad luck that he reached on time on the borderline. Sameer focused on the ball more than anyone right now and assumed it was a bullet that was being shot to attack him. He inhaled a deep breath, and Aradhya intentionally threw a slower ball, and Sameer was ready for it. He lifted his bat and cast it away on the net cloth, making the audience holler in enthusiasm. Even the commentators were supporting him secretly, and wishing for his victory.
Naina watched the Rude-Man with utmost happiness, and though this wasn't a World Cup or something she felt she was being introduced to a professional cricketer...The way Sameer easily handled the entire match without failing to prove how capable he is to beat anyone. It influenced her deeply. Now, the last ball was something which everyone never longed to see because it will declare the winning team, and they didn't want their favorite group to return home with a disappointed face. Radhika felt her stomach growling consecutively...She rose on her feet and rubbed her hand gently on her tummy to feel better, but it only increased, which caused her to squint her eyes in deep annoyance. How could she miss the most important part of this Finale? No matter what, she can't run to the washroom because of this gud-gud.
