"Ab var vadhu phero ke liye khade ho jaye." The priest announced in a gentle tone, and Naina and Sameer stood up, looking at each other with bated breath. Radhika and Aditya focused their attention on the couple, and a smile caressed their lips as they saw Sameer pushing his colossal fingers between her slender ones, intertwining their hands as he started to walk ahead while Naina walked behind him, feeling his grip becoming firmer with each step.

The holy fire lighted with wood and ghee was rapidly covering the vicinity with smoke, and Sameer walked leisurely, holding her sweaty hand protectively as he knew how nervous and thrilling she would be feeling right now as taking Seven Vows around the sacred fireplace had been their dream for decades-long and seeing their dream come true had overwhelmed them in hundred ways. He kept his calm eyes on the cloth settled underneath his bare feet, and his lips were becoming wider for a soft smile.

In the first vow Sameer silently promised to bring her welfare and happiness with the responsibility of taking care of their future children and also to provide her time to time food and other essential things, and in return, Naina too vowed to take the responsibility of the entire household and help him in all the possible ways.

In the second vow Sameer promised to always protect her, her respect, and their children and support her whenever she needs it, and in return, Naina too vowed to stand with her husband throughout his life as his strength and be loyal to him under every circumstance.

In the third vow, Sameer promised to be loyal to her by putting every other woman in his life as a secondary option, and in return, Naina too vowed to never lie to him and trust him with all her heart.

In the fourth vow Sameer promised to always respect her opinion, her thoughts, her decisions, her emotions, and her feelings, and make her feel comfortable with his presence, and in return, Naina too vowed to shower immense love and happiness on him and be with him through thick and thin.

They stopped walking, looking at each other with faint ripples layering their joyous eyes as they completed Four Pheras, and now three were left where Naina would walk ahead and Sameer will be behind her, which signifies that in a relationship a partner has to be always with his/her spouse and shouldn't leave them alone for any reason. Naina lowered her moistened gaze to their clasped hands, her lips donning a gentle smile.

She remembers how electrifying their First Touch was, so pure, unfiltered, and filled with innocence, and still, the sensation is the same whenever he grips her hand. She feels tingles in her body and her knees become jelly in reaction.

Sameer wished to keep his emotions under the manifolds of his vibrating heart and keep smiling to look that he wasn't affected by all the sacrificial moments occurring between them. As a man, he should be the one consoling his woman to not cry, but here the roles were swapped. Naina was gesturing to him to not let a single drop of tear fall as this day should be known as their life's happiest day and should be celebrated with a smile on their face. Sameer adored his princess who graciously came ahead, taking soft steps, the idyllic ringtone of her anklets reverberating in his ears, giving him chills with a feeling of delight.

In the fifth vow, Naina promised to be his best friend, his guardian angel, and his wellwisher before his wife and cherish his happiness without any selfishness and consider his pain and sorrows as her own, and in return, Sameer too vowed to be a reason behind her smile, to give her all the privileges, and helps her with domestic works.

In the sixth vow, Naina promised to consider his family as her own and make them a special part of her life, and in return, Sameer too vowed to always respect her family and behave impeccably and calmly in front of them instead of showing off his pride as a son-in-law.
