Samaina was sitting on the chair while watching the crowd running toward the food counter as if their lives depend on it and later Naina was animatedly telling Sameer about how she planned all this when her father approved her relationship with him. He was listening to her intently, a smile gracing his lips as he was busy adoring the red dot of shagun shining on her forehead with a glittering silver bindi stuck between her nicely-carved eyebrows, then his tranquil gaze shifted to her pink lips, continuously moving to share the tales he never heard. Sameer leans forward to tuck behind a loose long hair strand that disturbed her cheek, and her eyes met with his intense ones, loving how unadulteratedly their orbs shone with the pleasure of getting engaged to each other. He gently moved back while smiling at his lady who regarded his poor heart with a bashful smile.

"Aise kya dekh rahe ho? Sab hain yahan." Naina told him in a soft voice while looking down at her saree.

"Sab hoge yahan...par mujhe toh sirf tumse matlab haina," Sameer replied to her in a husky voice, and the Indian aunties passed comments at the couple who were gushing over each other.

"Sameer!" She blushed, meekly twisting the engagement ring on her finger.

"Bolo Mangetar." He responded to her with a lopsided smile, and her gaze quickly fell upon his charming face.

"Oh ab Naina se sidha Mangetar, haa." Naina playfully teased her man.

"Haa, aur jaldi bayko bhi ban jaogi," Sameer spoke with irrevocable pride in his glossy orbs.

"Sameer Ki Bayko!" Naina completed.

"Hayeee...tumhe khud ko believe ho raha hai ki we got engaged? Like really? Kaha hume ek dusre se ladne se fursat nahi milti thi aur aaj dekho, kitne decent couple ki tarah baithe hai. Kab dushmani Ishq Wala Love me badal gayi pata hi nahi chala." Sameer laughed at reminiscing about the cat fights they used to get indulge in without knowing the reason.

"Bache the us time hum." She clarified.

"Main toh bada hi tha na." He mentioned.

"Sirf height aur umra se...dimag toh tumhara bacho jaisa hi tha aur thoda ab bhi hai." Naina teased her fiance with a waggish smile.

"Haha, mere me toh sirf thoda sa bachpana hai, par tum toh puri ki puri bachi ho." Sameer jeered at his woman who glared at him in response.

"Toh phir yeh Prem Vivah nahi Baal-Vivah hua." She said thoughtfully while twitching her lips.

"Awww! Par yeh baby bahut hi pyara hai, sachi." He cupped her fair skin, and Naina vehemently shook her head, telling him through her expressive eyes to maintain an impeccable distance between them as their so-called typical Indian relatives might start gossiping about how shameless they are that they cannot even wait to romance with each other in a private room after sending them away.

"Mangetar ho tum meri." Sameer said dejectedly once he understood what Naina was trying to tell him.

"Biwi hoti toh bhi nahi! Log baatein banate hai." Naina said irately.

"Banane do na, kaunsi mujhe inki parwah hai." He replied to her normally.

"Woh toh mujhe bhi nahi hai yaar par main nahi chahti log humari family me se kisi ko koi bhi tarah ke taunt maare." She spoke with a gloomy pout and he dismissively shrugged off.

"Tumne kuch khaya?" Sameer suddenly remembered to ask her if she has eaten anything as since morning she must be busy with all this.

"Haa thoda sa, woh bhi Anjali ne zabardasti khilaya," Naina said with a smile.
