Draco and Harry arrive back, an hour later, to find you and Hermione pacing the living room.
"You two, ok?" Harry asks, looking a little concerned.
"Em...well...we are fine, but -"
"You figured it out, didn't you?" Draco asks, looking between the two of you.
"Figured what out?" Harry looked a little lost.
You quickly fill Harry in on what you have been doing, finishing off with the new scroll that has arrived today.
"So you figured out who she is? That is great news, isn't it?"
"Em...well...it is complicated. Basically, I realised that I know someone who died about 11 years ago and who is named Pandora."
"Pandora?" You heard a small voice squeak as the fireplace roared to life.
Luna and Blaise stepped into the room, followed by Theo, Daphne, Ginny, Phoenix, Ron, and finally, Pansy.
"Oh em...just thinking over potential baby names." Hermione smiled.
"Funny, that is a name that we have on our list too." Blaise said, shrugging,
"It was my mother's name." Luna stated.
This caused Harry and Draco to both splutter and cough. "Your mother was called Pandora, Luna?" Draco asked.
"Yes, she was. I thought you knew that."
"No...I definitely did not....em...it's a lovely name."
She smiled as she sat down next to Daphne.
Pansy stepped forward with a basket. "So Ginny and I had an idea of decorating some decorations for the tree? We have some here that have not been painted. We thought we could have a little arts and crafts afternoon?"
"Why?" Theo said, frowning.
"Because it is Christmas Eve, and it is a nice tradition to start. We can do this every year." She sulked.
"That is a lovely idea, girls," you smiled. "Let's get some drinks and snacks and music going, and we can start."
"Everyone is arriving at 5 pm for dinner as well, and we have games to play." Draco added.
While the boys all took everyone's coats, Pansy and Ginny conjured up art supplies for everyone as Daphne started music.
"Evee, why don't I help you get drinks?" Hermione suggested, linking your arm and guiding you out of the room.
Once in the kitchen, she closed the door. "Are you going to tell her?"
"It's not exactly the kind of thing you say over dinner, is it?"
"But she needs to know."
"I know, but it isn't really my place to say. Jonathan should be told, and it should be up to him."
"But -"
"Evee is right," Harry stated, stepping into the room. "And this evening is not the time to do it."
"No, it could ruin Christmas for her...and him. Best leave it for a few days." Draco said.
You turned and conjured up trays with empty glasses before heading to the fridge to take out beer, wine before setting them on one tray and handing to Harry as you gave Draco the other filled with champagne and Firewhiskey.
"Hermione, will you grab the Butterbeer jugs in the fridge. I will take the mulled wine in."
The four of you made your way back into the room.
