After another hour, Bucky and Aspen managed to sneak out unnoticed. They had to leave separately, Aspen left first, twenty minutes later, so did Bucky. And Natasha left with Aspen so it didn't look like Bucky and Aspen were trying to leave together. She was ready to leave anyway and she didn't mind being Aspen's cover up. Natasha was her wingman.

Aspen was in her room, she was laying in her bed watching T.V. Until Bucky walked in. She had already gotten test for bed, wearing just a T-shirt. He stripped to his boxers and got into bed with her. He wrapped his arms around her and pressed his lips softly to hers. She smiled and kissed him back. Her hands found their way to rest of each side of his face and she pulled him closer to her. He moved over top of her and his hands moved to the sides of her face as well.

He leaned back a bit and looked at her face. "we should probably stop whispering to each other around everyone." Bucky says as he smirks at Aspen. Both knowing that they wouldn't stop. Aspen smirks back and let's put a little chuckle. "probably. But are we going to?" She asks him. Saying what they were both thinking. "No." Bucky smiles.

He smiles at her, moving his hands to her waist and he leans down, pressing a kiss to her chest, then her stomach. "hey. What do you think you're doing?" She asks as she pulls him back up as he keeps going lower. Bucky smirks and shakes his head, playing dumb. "Kissing you." He says. "You said we could kiss." He says innocently. He leans back down to kiss her again, trying to prove his point.

Aspen can't help but kiss him back and pull him closer, after a second, she pulls away and looks him in his steel blue eyes with a serious look on her face. "Kiss on the lips. Upstairs Bucky. You're not slick." Aspen says to him, she did end up laughing at the end of her sentence and shaking her head at him.

Bucky shrugs his shoulders with a little smile and a laugh. "I'm sorry it was worth the shot." He says. Aspen laughs and shakes her head at him. "It was." She says. "A for effort." Bucky smiles down at her for a long moment. They just look at one another and Aspen smiles back at him. After a minute, Bucky brushes a piece of hair behind her ear and kisses her temple.

"Are you tired?" He asks her. "Yes. Sleep time." She says. Bucky lays down beside Aspen and wraps his arms tightly around her. She snuggles into him and holds him tight just as he does to her. He kisses her cheek and pulls her closer.

A minute with laying in silence together and Bucky's mind is racing. All he can think about his her. He had her right in his arms and she was still constantly taking over his mind. He wanted to kiss her in front over everyone, hold her hand, hug her. He didn't want to hide the way he felt about her anymore. And neither did she. She wanted nothing more than to let everyone know that Bucky was hers, more importantly, she was Bucky's. He had her whole heart. They wanted everyone to know that. But it was more complicated than that.

"I don't want to hide this anymore." Bucky whispers to Aspen. "I want everyone to know Aspen, You're mine. We can deal with Steve. He'll get over it. But I want to show Everyone how I feel about you." Bucky tells her. They were at the point with each other, that they told each other exactly what they were thinking because they knew they were always on the same page.

It made it easier for their relationship that they were best friends king before they started dating. It gave them all that time to get to know each other before throwing the romantic relationship dynamic into their previously platonic relationship they had. They knew each other better than they knew themselves now.

"Okay." Aspen whispered. Because there was nothing else to say. She completely agreed. No explanation was necessary. She didn't want to hide what they had anymore either. Regardless of Steve. Because she knew he would eventually get over it. But they didn't want to go through the part of him being angry, they just wanted to move past it, but they knew that would never happen, so they were gonna go through him being angry, together.

Even though Steve had no right to be angry. He should be happy because his sister is happy. He should be happy because his best friend is happy. But nobody knew exactly why he was so against Aspen and Bucky. Only he knew. But he did have a reason. And the reason he would soon come to reveal, nobody saw coming. Nobody.

"Okay?" Bucky asked. Kind of surprised the conversation went so well and it was so easy. It was a simple 'okay'. And then he remembered who he was talking to. It was Aspen. It was his Aspen. His girl. His doll. His best friend. His love. It was the girl who knew him better than he knew himself. He remembered how they basically thought the same. And she hated arguments and she always agreed with him because they always agreed. Their minds were always in the same place.

"soon. I promise. I don't like hiding you either." Aspen tells him. " I want everyone to know you're mine." She whispers. "we just have to find a way to break it to Steve." She adds. "Thank you Aspen." Bucky whispers to her and places a soft kiss to her neck. She smiles up at him and runs her fingers lightly over his facial features. "you don't need to thank me Jamie, Just hold me." She says with a huge smile on her face. "Deal." Bucky whispers. And he wraps his arms around her, and he holds her. They hold each other throughout the night.
