The location that Yelena had brought Aspen to was about two hours from the compound. Despite having access to a private jet and helicopters, they opted to not include those in their rescue plan.

Steve and Bucky thought if they used helicopters, whoever captured Aspen would hear them coming and possibly kill Aspen if they hadn't already. They thought that would compromise her safety and that was the last thing they wanted to do.

And a private jet was too complicated. They would need a run way to land it on and so many other technicalities with it, so they decided to drive there. And being the Avengers they had special privileges.

They had sirens on their cars and they basically drove in government SUV's. They took three separate SUV's. Tony, Steve and Bucky in one, Natasha, Clint and Thor in another, then Peter, Sam, and Wanda in the last one.

They sped the entire way there, sirens blaring, Bucky and Steve pleading with Tony, who was the leader of the three vehicles, to drive faster, but they could only drive so fast without compromising their own safety.

Now, once they all got out of the building, Tony, Steve, Bucky and Aspen got into one SUV, Steve insisted on sitting in the back with Bucky and Aspen. Tony drove. Aspen didn't mind Steve sitting back with her and Bucky, she didn't want to neglect her brother. She knew he was still worried about her.

In the second SUV, Clint drove, Thor passenger, and Natasha and Yelena in the back seat. The third car, remaining the same. Wanda drove, Sam passenger, and Peter in the back seat, falling asleep almost instantly as they got into the car.

Aspen, Bucky and Steve, none of the had their seat belts on. Bucky pulled Aspen close to him, her legs draped over his, his arms wrapped around her, and her head rested on his chest. His metal fingers drew patters on her side and her own fingers drew patterns around his abdomen.

Steve watched them, not in a creepy way, not in jealousy, but in awe. He had wondered how he had been so blind before. How he couldn't see how in love the two of them were. He saw how happy they were together and how Aspen's body started to relax the second Bucky had touched her.

Bucky and Steve had fallen asleep along with Aspen shortly after, and after two hours, they arrived back at the compound. Steve helped Bucky and Aspen out of the car while everyone else went inside.

Steve wrapped his arm around Aspen's shoulders, Aspen's wrapped behind his back over to his waist. And her free hand, was linked with Bucky's, who walked on the other side of Aspen.

They walked into the compound together, everyone went right into the meeting room, knowing there was more to discuss. Bruce had stayed back, and as soon as they got there Natasha and Yelena went into his lab while everyone else went into the meeting room.

They were in there for about thirty minutes before they came out and Natasha took Yelena away from everyone, taking her to her own room.

Bucky sat down in a chair, pulling Aspen into his lap. Steve sat next to them, and Aspen dropped her head to Steve's side, resting it on his shoulder, wanting to make sure he knew that she wasn't neglecting him and she knew he was there for her.

Breaking the comfortable silence finally, Tony spoke. "So, we've run tests on her, everything is in tact." Her tells them. "We've got her file from the red room. Natasha is sticking up for her and she's by her side now." Tony explains.

"She wants her to live here. What would you like do about her?" Tony asks Aspen, since Aspen was the one Yelena kidnapped. But Aspen didn't feel it was up to her, it wasn't her sister. "Why are you asking me?" Aspen asks Tony.

"If she's any threat to Aspen I want her gone." Steve says. Bucky looks at Steve, trying to reason with him and calm his nerves. "She's not a threat to Aspen, because I won't leave her side." Bucky tells Steve.

"Her having a bodyguard 24/7, Isn't the answer." Steve tells Bucky. Everyone agreed on that, but Bucky still never wanted to leave Aspen's side and if so she was being honest, she didn't mind. But she didn't want to think of her boyfriend as her body guard.

"I love being fought over and not having a say." Aspen says, but no one acknowledges her comment. "Steve do you trust me?" Bucky asks Steve. "Buck, it's not about that. Of course I do." Steve tells Bucky.

"She's not going to kidnap me again. She only did in the first place to get to Nat and she has her now." Aspen explains to them. Tony looks between all of them and sees they aren't going to get anywhere in this conversation if he doesn't interject.

"Aspen's right. Yelena wouldn't be here if She was a danger to anyone." Tony tells Steve and Bucky. And it was true. Tony wouldn't allow anyone to be at the compound if they were a danger to anyone who lived there.

Aspen was tired and she just wanted to spend time with Bucky. She picked her head up off Steve's shoulder and put her hands on Bucky's cheeks so he would look at her. "Bucky can we go to our room now?" Aspen asks him. She didn't care if they had sex when they went back she just wanted to be with him.

"Our room?" Bucky asks, picking up on what she said. "We always sleep together anyway. So yes our room. Unless you don't want to." She tells him. She kind of just blurted it out and she didn't want to rush him into doing anything he wasn't ready for.

"Of course I do." Bucky tells her. "So were just gonna forget about this?" Steve asks them. "Yes. Because Yelena is a good person. Trust me Stevie." Aspen tells him. Steve nods, letting Aspen know that he trusted her judgment, and Aspen and Bucky left, heading to their room.
