And as the music died, as the song faded away, Bucky dipped Aspen, holding her close, their faces inches apart, and he smiled at her. "Will you marry me Aspen?" Aspen smiled. "Yes." She said. Their dreams were coming true.

After the proposal, Bucky and Aspen walk hand in hand over to all their close friends, standing in a group, smiling at them, happy for them. Steve nearly had tears in his eyes. His best friend and his baby sister were both happy, he couldn't ask for anything better than that. He was so happy for the two of them.

As Aspen and Bucky get over to the group, steve gives Aspen a hug. "How's it feel to be engaged sis?" He asks her. He kisses the top of her head and gives her another hug, moving over to Bucky and giving him a hug too.

"Really good." Aspen tells Steve. "I get to spend the rest of my life with Jamie." She says. Bucky was tired, he hated parties, and as much as he loved all their friends, him and Aspen just got engaged and he wasn't we to spend time alone with her. "Can we go back to the room now doll? I hate parties." He whispers to her.

"Yes please." She tells him. "I'm still not feeling great." She adds. Steve smiles at the two of them. He couldn't get over how happy he was for the two of them. "Congratulations both of you." Steve tells them. "Let me know if you need anything." He says.

"Thanks Steve." Bucky says, he gives Steve a hug and a pat of the back. They were no longer just best friends, they were officially going to be brother in laws. Not that they would use that term, as far as they were concerned, they were brothers.

Natasha grabs aspens hand and she pulls her over. "Before the two of you scurry off to hook up," Nat starts, "congratulations." She tells them. Aspen gives her a hug and they kiss each others cheeks. "Thank you Nat." Aspen tells her.

"A Bucky I told you she would say yes." Yelena chimes in. "Which is a shame, I wanted an Aspen." She adds. Aspen loved Yelena. She was hilarious, she couldn't get over her. But Bucky didn't like it.

"No. She's mine." Bucky says defensively. Aspen pokes her bottom lip out and bats her eyes at Bucky. "Aww my baby was nervous. And he had competition." Aspen said. She found it adorable how nervous Bucky was even though he knew she would say yes, there was no question about it.

"He was, it was adorable. He loves you so much." Wanda says. Everyone could tell how in love the two of them were, it was obnoxious and straight out of a love story but it was a beautiful love. It was a pure love. Despite the impure things they had to go through to get where they were, their love was pure.

"He almost cried several times." Tony added. Bucky scowled at him. He knew they would all continue to tell these stories about how nervous he was, he was slightly embarrassed, but with every story told or comment made, Aspen was reassured every single time that Bucky was utterly in love with her. And she was utterly in love with him.

Aspen knew Bucky was tired of this but she wanted to tease him just a little more, he asks he would always take any chance he could to tease her too. Lovingly of course. "Aww. Please tell me you got some pictures." Aspen says.

Sam smiles. Bucky hated that Sam was the one to respond to this. "Oh we got all the pictures." Sam says. Of course out of everyone he had to be the one to get a picture. "Doll, room please?" Bucky asks.

Aspen smiles and nods. She takes his hand in hers and squeezes it. "Okay okay let's go." She tells him. "Sam I want those pictures later." She adds as Bucky drags her away to their room.
