Zeta pov: "Doesn't Mumei-senpai seem too close to that purple-haired girl, Ela?" I asked her, and she looked at me with a cheeky grin on her face.
"Are you jealous of the girl you don't know the name of?" Ela asked
"No! "I'm just saying she's my senpai, so I should have her attention. I said
"Oh, do you feel abandoned?" Ela asked
"Of course I don't!" I shouted
"What?" Fauna-senpai said
"Nothing senpai!" Ela replied
"Hey Zeta, come here!" Mumei-senpai shouted
"Eh!?" I said in shock as I ran over and ended up tripping over myself, but kept running in glee, "What do you need!?" I asked
"Uhh, well, this wall is hollow, but Selen and I can't break through because we can't synchronize properly." Mumei-senpai said
"So her name is Selen..." I muttered under my breath.
"Since you are so reliable, can you help me?" Mumei-senpai questioned
"Yes!" I said immediately.
"Okay, on three!" She shouted, and I nodded in response, "One, two, three!" Mumei-senpai shouted as we both hit the wall simultaneously, and it began to crack and crumble before us.
"Good job, Zeta!" Mumei-senpai giggled while giving me a small head pat.
"You really have gotten softer..." Selen commented
"I don't want to hear that from you..." Mumei-senpai hissed
"So you came, Mumei?" An ominous voice said
"Haha, yeah, not to see you..." Mumei-senpai responded, looking around the room for the source of the voice that asked, "Where are you?" She asked
"Behind you!" The entity laughed.
A shadow figure appeared behind Mumei-senpai and tried to slash her, but she ducked under the shadow blades, giving me a soft glance that told me what she wanted. I smiled and ran up to the figure, hitting it with an axe kick as it blew up.
"You liar...." Mumei-senpai sighed
"Woah you really just ordered her to fight without saying a word!" Selen said in amazement
"Yeah, she is my right hand after all," Mumei-senpai stated.
"I'm your what!?" I said I was happy because I beat my new competitor immediately.
"Shouldn't I be your right-hand girl?" Fauna-senpai asked, pouting a little.
"You are but like in a relationship sense...." Mumei-senpai said
"Nice save...." Ela said in a monotone fashion
"Well anyways where are you really?" Mumei-senpai asked
"You are too picky, nameless... I mean Mumei," the voice said.
"You aren't Omega; you are nowhere near as annoying." Mumei-senpai stated
"I'll kill you! "You fucking cat!" Axel screamed
"Why does it sound like he's coming closer?" I asked
"Because he is..." Mumei-senpai sighed
"Get back here!" Iofi-senpai yelled
As he came into view, I could tell he was still tied up, so he was hopping towards me. He's petty because he lost to me, which is kind of pathetic, but then again, he is a dumb mutt.
"So many of you in one place, no good. I have to separate you," the voice said.
"What does that mean?" Ela asked
Suddenly holes appeared under us. Thinking fast, Mumei-senpai grabbed Fauna-senpai and I, and I was holding onto Ela so we would be together. Seleb grabbed onto Mumei-senpai.
Axel ended up kicking Selen on accident, and that sent us all flying past the holes.
"Well damn it, I can't do that again. I was hoping that would work...." the voice groaned.
"Are you not prepared?" I asked
"To be honest, no, and that dragon girl shouldn't even be here. I don't get it. You're cheating."
"Eh....." we all said before laughing.
"It's not funny that the dumb dog ruined everything!" The voice said
"We felt threatened before, but this is kind of funny," Ela said.
Mumei-senpai glared at Selen and let out a gentle sigh, "Care to explain why you're here?" She asked
"Well Mumei, you see I had a tracker on you and it suddenly went blank, so I got worried.." Selen said.
"Is everyone bugged?" Mumei-senpai groaned
"Yeah, I'm sorry, it's just for safety reasons," Selen said.
"Don't worry I planted a tracker on you as well so we're even" Mumei-senpai said
"You never have put a tracker on me...." I pouted
Mumei-senpai giggled and walked up to me, saying, "Lookie, what's behind your ear?" She laughed while pulling a tracker out.
"You did put a tracker on me!" I said happily
"You know beb usually people don't say that with excitement...." Ela said
She understood why I was happy, but at the same time, having a tracker stuck on you is not. little bit odd
"More than a bit," Mumei-senpai said.
"Who are you talking to?" Selen asked
"Oh yeah, I never told you I can read minds." Mumei-senpai said
"Who's power is that?" Selen asked
"Oh, I think it's a power I have since I'm the guardian of civilization," Mumei-senpai said.
"Oh, its a thing so you can understand people a lot more, I got it," Selen said.
"Yeah, that's totally what I use it for..." Mumei-senpai stated sarcastically
"I know what you're about" Selen commented
"By the way, I don't really trust your explanation, but for now it'll be good since we need extra hands." Mumei-senpai stated
"We need to discipline this damn mutt!" I growled
"That's true, so you do it!" Mumei-senpai laughed
"Are you serious!?" I asked
"No of course not I need you Zeta" Mumei-senpai said
I smiled at those words. The fact that she trusted me more than that dragon made me happy, despite her probably knowing Selen longer. It still makes me happy.
I quickly ran to her side, waiting for her to move so we could get this show on the road.
"We should carry Fauna and Kaela," Mumei-senpai suggested.
I nodded and picked up Ela as Mumei-senpai picked up Fauna-senpai and told Iofi-senpai to take Axel away.
As we began walking, I smiled once again and was glad my senpai needed me.
