The Honest Truth

Calli pov: "I did not kill Huke," I told Kiara.

The look she gave me wasn't fully trusting, and I don't blame her. To be honest, I'm not fully sure myself because I don't know who Huke is, but if he has some relation to Kiara, then I probably remember him.

"Kiara, who is Huke?" I asked

"My father figure-did you kill him?" Kiara asked

"I don't think so," I said.

Kiara told me the description, and I shook my head. "I will trust you." Kiara told me she looked saddened. I saw Kobo and Clara outside playing, so I woke up to Wawa and hugged her.

"Babe, what's wrong?" I asked her

"Calli, you love me, right?" Wawa asked

"Yes, forever and ever," I told her.

Kiara had a slight smile on her face. I couldn't tell if it was fake or not. She clutched onto my hand.

"Rack your brain." Calli, have you ever met Huke?" Kiara asked

"Actually, I think I had him around the time I killed you the last time, right after you disappeared. I think he glared at me," I explained.

"So he was around then?" Kiara sighed

"Kiara, don't worry; I don't want to see you sad," I cried to her.

Kiara softly signed and looked into my eyes. "Then promise me that you'll help me find him!" She said

"Kiara, I will!" I told her

Pomu began to laugh. I glared at her angrily, and she clapped slowly.

"You two are cute." Kiara didn't ask me to help her find Huke, but she asked you. Pomu said

"Kiara, you need to have confidence when you find Huke. Do you think he'll want to see you upset fuck that you're going to me cheerfully?" Mumei said

I realized Mumei has been saying fuck more often; she's been more serious than usual.

"Mumei, do you think Huke will be happy to see me after so long?" Kiara asked

"I thought my papa was going to hate me or not remember me, but clearly he hasn't; he isn't mad at me, so I think it'll be the same; you just need to find him!" Mumei said

"You have such a way with words!" Fauna said

"So cute," Kronii stated.

Pomu looked at Mumei and questioned her, "Are you the same girl?" She asked

"Yes, I'm Nanashi Mumei. I know who I am. I am not a vessel," she said.

"You seem like a strong woman," Pomu said.

"She is!" Kiara stated

Mumei looked at Kiara and smiled. "Thank you," she laughed. "Kiara, you're strong," she said back.

"She is the strongest, most beautiful woman I know!" I said

Pomu chuckled a bit. "You're a huge softie," she said.

I began to blush and shook my head. "No!" I yelled Kiara kissed me on the cheek softly and hugged me.

"She is a big softy!" She cooed and nuzzled my body.

She was adorable. I wasn't going to push her away from me; she is beautiful.

Mumei walked up to Fauna and Kronii and sat in between them, letting them both cling onto her.

"Meimei I'm going back to see Ina," Sana said.

"Okay," Mumei said.

"Sana, just make sure to tell Kobo and Clara to come inside," Kiara said.

"They don't want Irys to go, so we are figuring this out." Sana said

"Ugh, let's just let Irys stay." Mumei suggested

"Why?" We all asked

"As long as it's not Bae," Mumei said.

"Yeah, you deserve a vacation," Sana said.

Irys walked in and looked around, sensing what we were discussing.

"You aren't going to make me stay here." She said

"Yeah, about that, we are," Mumei said.

"Uggggggggh!" Irys groaned as Kobo clung onto her.

"Okay, this is kind of creepy," Clara said.

"Yeah, Kobo is really clingy; she must really like Auntie Irys Munei,"

Kiara pulled out her phone, and I looked on to see what she was looking for. She came to a location and pin-pointed it.

"That's where Huke lives!" Kiara said

Azure-Papa looked in my direction and began to speak. "Actually, I know where Huke may be, and it's close by; we can bring you there," he said.

"Wait really!?" Kiara asked

"Correct!" Azure-Papa said

"Anything for my daughter!" Azure -Papa said

Kiara's face lit up as she heard Azure. Papa called her his daughter. She was in shock, but she was happy.

"I'm your daughter." She questioned

"Of course you are my daughter." Mumei is my daughter, so you are as well. You are a sweet woman." Azure -Papa said

"You are so nice, papa!" Mumei giggled

I smiled that Kiara can at least feel like she can have something similar to a father figure until she finds Huke. Kiara stood up and hugged me.

"Calli, I can't wait to show you Huke, and then you two can meet, and maybe we can have a complete family!" Kiara said

"He may hate me," I said to her.

"He isn't a spiteful person, Calli. I want you to meet someone similar to a father. At least I love you. I want you to know everything about me, and this is part of my life." Kiara said

I wasn't so sure about that, but I want her to be happy, so I am going to meet Huke and try to be a big family.

"So I think I'll head out; maybe I'll come back soon," Sana said.

"Got it!" Mumei Fauna and Kronii said

Sana grabbed Bae opened up a wormhole, and then she left, leaving us all alone.

"Kiara, let's go," I said to her.

She eagerly jumped up and ran out of the door. She was really excited and clearly pushing herself more than usual.

"Kiara, I'll carry you," I told her.

I began to give her a piggyback ride as everyone else got ready.

"Huke should be up on that hill." Azure -Papa stated

I began to walk in that direction, and I decided, to be honest, that I think being a family is what I need.
