Ina pov: "We need to find a way back to each other just in case plan A doesn't work," I stated.

"That's the problem we can't solve," Sana sighed.

"Maybe if we can contact Mumei somehow," Gura said.

"But how?" Kronii asked.

"Kronini, we should be able to contact her mentally," Sana said.

"What?" Kronii said she was confused by this.

"Let's see if we can contact her through her mind-reading ability," Sana said.

"But aren't we out of range?" I asked

"We have to try!" Sana said

"Wait, I have an idea," I said.

Ame and Gura looked at me and motioned for me to go on. Sana walked up to me and placed her hand on my forehead, and I closed my eyes and thought about something before appearing where I wanted to be.

"Mumei!" I called out

She looked at me from the distance and ran at me, getting right in my face and saying, "Ina!" She said

"Where are you?" I asked.

"Ah, I'm at the boundary," Mumei said.

"Do you know how to get back?" I asked

"Uh, well, Selen gave us an out to this," Mumei said.

"Selen?" I said, "Who is that?" I asked

"Oh, just my friend, we need to make her help us get out," Mumei said.

"Yeah, I wish I could help you, but we're having trouble," I said.

"Where are you?" Mumei asked

"I'm in space," I said.

"Hmmm, that isn't as bad as you'd think," Mumei said.

"How so?" I asked.

"Well, you have Sana, who can bend space at her will, so have her send you back once she regains her powers," Mumei said.

"That's the problem-she hasn't gained her powers back even though they should," I said.

"What?" Mumei said.

"Yeah, she hasn't gotten her powers back yet," I said.

"That can't be good," she said.

"So are we stuck?" I asked

"No, I'm coming for you in ten minutes," Mumei said.

"Ten minutes wait. Does time pass in this mental state?" I asked

"No, every five minutes in this area is like one second out there," Mumei said.

I nodded. We could talk as long as we wanted without worrying about anything, although I couldn't help but notice that the connection was kind of off. I couldn't really tell, but I felt like there were glitches.

"Where is Sana?" Mumei asked

"She is still on the outside," I said.

"Wait, she has the power to put you in this mental plane, but she can't use portals or her space-bending power." Mumei asked

"Yeah, I guess so," I said.

"That doesn't make much sense," Mumei stated, "she should have her powers no matter what." She told me

"Well, it seems for some reason she can't use them," I told her.

"Can Kronii use her time powers?" Mumei asked

"I have no idea," I said.

"Damn..." Mumei sighed as she bit her lip.

"We need to find a way to jump-start her powers," I stated.

"Ina kiss Sana," Mumei stated

"Eh?" I said.

"We need to find a way to make her activate her powers, and maybe love will help her," she said.

"What is up with you and love lately?" I asked

"Well, you see, Kiara was my signpost; she really helped me find out who I was actually, Ina, while you were there," Mumei said.

"Yes, but I didn't know what happened. Did she show up in this place or not?" I asked

"Yes and no, it was my mental plane but also Omega's mental plane, so it looked a bit different," Mumei explained.

I understood perfectly, so as Mumei was saying, if I give Sana enough love, I may bring back her repressed power; however, it could just not work, but I will win either way since I showed her love.

"Let's go. I promise I will be out in around ten minutes, and I will be in space to help you," Mumei said.

"Yeah, please help us," I said.

"What?" Mumei asked.

"For some reason I'm giggling." I said Mumei nodded

"Maybe it's because we are so far away, I could try to regain connection," Mumdi stated.

"It may also be because Sana is exhausted," I pointed out.

"Ah, it may be," Mumei said.

"Let's see, I want to test something out," Mumei said.

"What is it?" I asked

Mumei walked over to me and pulled out her dagger before slicing off some of her hair. "Here, hold onto that," she asked. I did as I was told despite being confused.

"Do not release this and go back to the normal plane. I want to see if the hair will travel with you," Mumei said.

I nodded and did as I was told, snapping back into reality. I opened my right hand, which was in a fist, and noticed brown hair in it.

"It worked, Mumei..." I said softly.

"Eeek, is that Mumei's hair!?" Kronii asked in a panic

"Wah, she said we need to wait about ten minutes, and she'll be here for us," I said.

"Oh, so we just have to wait here...." Sana said

"Not necessarily...." I stated that as I walked up to her and pecked her lips, she looked surprised but soon kissed me back.

"Ina, I don't think kissing is helping right now." Gura said, but I noticed something.

"Sana, did you regain some power?" I asked

"Yeah, I can open an adorable little portal for my fingers," she said.

"Good. We need to give you power, and like Mumei said, love may be the only way," I said.

"That doesn't seem like Meimei," Sana said.

"Just kiss me...." I said

Gura, Ame, and Kronii just looked at us having to trust in this odd method, but they have nothing else to go off of. Kronii wouldn't believe this would even work if it wasn't a Mumei suggestion, but it seemed to be working even if it was just a tiny amount.

But will this much power be inaff?
