Definition Of Fun

Kiara pov: I noticed Mumei was looking around, and I walked up to her.

"What's up?" I asked

"You see... well, I sense Zeta and Selen." Mumei stated

"Huh, I can't sense Selen," Pomu said.

"Yeah, how do you sense Zeta and Selen from here?" I asked

Mumei didn't reply and looked to the side. This is irritating; she sometimes doesn't tell me things.

"Mumei, look at me. Are they close?" I asked

"No," she told me.

"Kiara, I'm going to have a few drinks you want to drink too." Calli asked

"I don't drink, and besides, we are heading out anyway, so we shouldn't get tipsy; we don't want to bother everyone," I said.

"Fair point, but I want to drink!" Calli said

"Calli, you can get a shot glass out of the cabinet." Azure -Papa said

Calli walked over to the cabinet and pulled out a shot glass, coming back over to me and pouring herself a shot.

"You think drinking is fun?" I questioned

"Correct!" Calli said

"I don't think being drunk is fun because you just lose your senses and are defenseless," Mumei said.

"You need to lighten up a bit and have some fun!" I said

"My fun is spending time with other people," Mumei said.

"Huh, that's oddly cute for you, Mumei," I said.

"Huh!?" Mumei shouted at me.

"It's just that you are kind of scary, Mumei," I said to her.

"You aren't supposed to bully your little sister!" Mumei cried

"I'm not bullying you!" I replied

"You are funny," Pomu laughed.

I looked at her and flicked her forehead. "You really have problems," I said to her.

"What the hell is this about!?" Pomu asked

"Nothing much," I said to her.

"Mumei, we're ready to go now," Fauna stated.

"Yeah, we've got everything you would possibly need," Kronii said.

"Wait, you made them gather your things?" Calli questioned

"Yeah, why not? I have two wives to do things," Mumei said.

"Calli doesn't do anything for me," I said.

"Yes, I do!" Calli yelled

"You all have a lot of energy; I'll keep that in mind." Azure Papa said as he put his coat on.

I began to question what he meant by that, but I didn't really have time to ponder this as everyone was beginning to leave.

"Let's go, Calli. By the way, where are Clara and Kobo?" I asked

"Right over here!" Mumei yelled out.

Oh, she read my mind, that's right. I stood up and grabbed Calli's hand.

"Are you drunk?" I asked

"N-no!" Calli responded

I glared at the empty bottle that was beside her and sighed. She definitely drank more than a shot; that's for sure. She is tipsy at best, but at least she is making coherent sentences.

"Let's go," I told her.

"O-okay," Calli hiccuped.

She was stuttering a little bit, which isn't a big deal either; all she needs is a little jolt to wake up. I slapped her softly to give her a jolt.

Pomu shrank down to her fairy size and landed on my shoulder. "Let's go!" She said

I lifted my hand and slammed it onto my shoulder. "Walk," I demanded. She barely dodged my hand and began to kick my knuckles.

"Fuck you!" She shouted angrily since I almost squished her.

"Look, Pomu, I care about you, but I'm not your personal taxi driver," I growled.

"Okay...." Pomu said she pretended to stand up, but then she jumped into my shirt, burrowing into my cleavage.

"Ugh..." I sighed.

"Walk!" Pomu said.

"I'm going to kick your ass." I said

"What's wrong?" Pomu asked

"You don't jump into another woman's breasts!" I yelled

"They're so sweaty, Kiara!" Pomu said

"I don't want to hear that, and I don't sweat because my body won't let me," I said.

"Well, you have a lot of boob sweat," Pomu said.

"There is no way!" I said

Calli walked over and reached her hand into my shirt and grabbed Pomu, but Mumei walked over and looked at both of us.

"Really?" Mumei questioned

"What are they doing!?" Fauna asked

"You don't want to know," Mumei said.

"Don't make it weird!" I yelled

"Kiara, let's go!" Mumei said

"Pomu, if you get out of there, I'll let you ride on my shoulder," I said.

"Here you go, Wawa," Calli said as she placed Pomu on my shoulder.

"Thank you, Calli," I said.

Mumei smirked and began to clap. "I'll race you!" She said she began to fly off ahead of everyone.

"That's the game you want to play?" I questioned

I began to fly after her and eventually caught up to her.

"Isn't this fun, just flying fast?" She asked

"Yeah, it is," I told her.

"Not really for me!" Pomu said

"Well, you also can't complain because you wanted the ride!" I said

"True," Pomu said.

Mumei and I picked up speed and flew all the way back to the others, stopping at the same time that the others had made it pretty far just by walking.

"I thought you weren't coming back, to be honest." Azure -Papa laughed

"I just want to cheer my sister up a bit more, that's all," Mumei said.

"Kiara, did you have fun?" Calli asked

"Yes, I did," I said.

Calli seemed happy about that. Her smile is honestly beautiful. I want to see her smile more.

"What are we going to do?" Calli asked

"You'll see when we get there," said Azure. -Papa said

"He's usually cynical like this," Mumei said.

This made me question things less and made me want to trust in the journey. Maybe I should have fun along the way. The past few days have drained my perspective on fun, so I need to regain that sense. Maybe that's what this is about.

Maybe I have to figure out how to have fun again and live life to its fullest. I'll give in to this little game. Maybe going on an adventure isn't bad.
