Reine pov:We began our search for Anya, who I know for a fact didn't go too far because I could sense her around a specific area; I just couldn't see her.
"Anya!" I yelled, waiting a few seconds.
"Help me!" She cried out.
"Where are you?" I asked.
"I fell down a ravine and my body is too sharp, so I'm stuck between two rocks!" Anya cried
"Okay, I'll help you!" I said, "Ollie!" I called out
Ollie ran over, and she slipped, falling into the ravine as well.
"What the hell happened?" Risu-senpai asked
"Ollie fell down the ravine as well." I said
"Damn..." Risu-senpai growled
"I think I have an idea to get Ollie out." Iofi-senpai said
"What?" I asked.
Iofi-senpai plucked a long string of tail fur off of Risu-senpai's tail and had me wrap it around a feather blade. I fished down there and pulled Ollie up. I told her to try to pull Anya up at the same time, but she wouldn't come loose.
"Maybe you can help Oga." Risu-senpai suggested
"I don't know..." Oga-senpai said
"What's the problem?" I asked
"I may not be strong enough," he commented.
For some reason, those words pissed me off.
"Are you serious?" I angrily scoffed.
"Why are you mad?" Risu-senpai asked, "Do you want me to put my nuts in your mouth?" She asked
"W—what?" I said in shock, "Of course not."
Ollie looked at me and frowned.
"What's wrong, Reine?" she asked me.
"Subaru-senpai, Kiara, Mumei, and Lui-nee can all fight." I said, "I'm just weak."
"Well, Subaru-senpai isn't really a fighter." Ollie commented
"I guess, but sometimes it feels like all I have is my beauty..." I said
"That settles it! Reine, I will make you fall in love with yourself in a week! Ollie examined
This was reminiscent of what she had said when we first met. She was obviously challenging me to trick me into seeing that I was strong all along, but it won't work.
"You're on," I said.
"Remember, Reine's scars can heal," Ollie told me.
"Ollie, you are too quick to compliment me," I said.
"Uhm... did you all forget about me!?" Anya asked
"I'm sorry Anya, we'll focus on you now!" I said
"Maybe I can use my anti-gravity device to lift Anya and the rocks," Iofi-senpai said.
"That actually will work," I said.
"Wait, but what if it fails and I fall?" Anya asked
"Fair point..." Risu-senpai said
"Well then, what are we going to do?" Iofi-senpai asked
"We can uhhh..." Risu-senpai sat there, having no clue what to do.
None of us had any ideas that weren't odd for Ollie, but we were just stuck on something. How do we get her out without making her fall deeper into the ravine? String doesn't work because she'll cut it.
"We'll come up with something!" I shouted down
"Can you hurry that up!?" She shouted.
I suddenly sensed someone behind us so I pulled out a feather blade blocking blocking attack of the woman
"Who goes there?" The wolf girl asked as she pointed at Ollie and I
"Pavolia Reine and Kureiji Ollie" I said
"Pochi-sensei's daughter if you wouldn't mind can I test you?" She asked
"Sure but first who are you?" I asked
"Ookami Mio..." She said
"Wait Mio-senpai you shouldn't fight!" Risu-senpai said
"No I have to test her...." Mio-senpai replied
She rushed forward faster than I could see and immediately jabbed into me I saw my blood flowing down her hand
"You didn't see that attack..." She scoffed
She pulled back and kicked me in the stomach causing me to fall over "Blegh..." I made a disgusting sound as I did an act that a woman of my stature should never do
"Jeez..." Risu-senpai said "I'm not eating for awhile..." She added on
I was suddenly kicked in the head and launched upwards by her she glared at me jumping up and slamming me to the ground
"I'm sorry I'm being so rough I just have an issue with you being so weak" Mio-senpai said
"Leave her alone!" Ollie shouted only to be hit away immediately
"Come on Reine show me something interesting just like Mumei and Kiara you are their sister and Pochi's daughter correct?" She asked
"Yeah that is true however I'm weak I'm not a fighter like my sister's and I'm not talented like my mother..." I claimed
"I see..." Mio-senpai said
"I don't know why I am even here" I commented
"You think this is a game you don't understand the stakes at all and do you have cold feet?" Mio-senpai asked
"Of course I did after all I'm pathetic im scared that I will lose my sisters, Ollie, everything I gained in the past few days!" I cried
"Really? Well then let me tell you something Reine wake up!" Mio-senpai shouted
Those words resonated in my body as I suddenly opened my eyes noticing I was I was in front of my place. I slowly opened the door and entered the house letting out a loud sigh so everyone would be aware of my presence. "Look, it's the turkey!" Mumei said, laughing.
"I'm a peafowl," I groaned as I sank onto the couch.
"I assume your date went poorly," Kiara said, I tilted my head in confusion
"Yeah?" I said just making something up on the spot
"Birds can't find love, huh?" Mumei said I just glared at her.
"I don't want to hear that from you, Mumei!" I said, knowing that Mumei has two wives
"I'm sure you'll find someone since your beautiful Reine," Kiara said, while wishing she was a peafowl like me.
My heart suddenly sank into my chest. What was going on? This was like the dejavu I experienced this before.
"Mumei, are we going to council?" I asked
"Yeah, how did you know?" Mumei asked me
I felt as if I wanted to throw up again. Was this all a dream or did I just wake up from a dream? I really don't know.
