Jorah's phone kept going off.His eyes fluttered open and grabbed his phone to silence it.
Nine was still asleep.
Jorah studied him, noticing how peaceful he looked despite the long day and his nightmares. Being careful not to wake him up, Jorah crept out of bed and checked his phone to see what building was burning.
"What the hell is this?!" Jorah's eyes widened at the series of photos.
"That bastard."Frowning, he marched back to the room.
When he saw him drawing gentle breaths, Jorah was reluctant to wake him up until he looked at his phone again. "Nine. Wake up." he roused him.
"Mmm.." Nine stirred sleepily
"Wake up you bastard." Jorah scolded.
Finally Nine's eyes opened and he sat up sleepily "What's wrong?" he questioned.
"I came in here to ask you about this!" Jorah showed his phone to Nine.
Squinting a little, Nine looked at the image Jorah showed him.
"What about it?" he yawned lazily, reaching for his own phone on the nightstand.
"Why did you do that?" Jorah asked
"Do what?" Nine asked. He yawned again and his eyes drooped.
Jorah frowned. Seriously? Was he playing dumb or just trying to play with him?
Fine. He would play along.
"At the concert."
Nine looked at him blankly.
"At...the concert..." he repeated Jorah's words really slowly, seeming lost.
"At the concert. Why did you hug me dammit?" Jorah finally snapped. "And...and touch my cheek like that.."
"Ohh. That." Nine finally understood. "It just seemed like the right thing to do at the time."
Jorah blinked. Heh?
"The right thing?" he parrotted.
Nine nodded. "I felt like hugging you so I did. Did I do something wrong? You don't like hugs?"
What the hell was he saying right now? He felt like hugging him why? He was sure he'd already warned Nine about not trying any funny business with him. The fact that they lived and slept together didn't mean that he could do whatever the hell he wanted whenever he wanted.
"I'm sure I told you not to try any funny business with me."
Nine raised a brow. "A hug is funny business?" Now that he looked less sleepy, he gave Jorah a pointed look. "It was a simple hug wasn't it. Surely it didn't move you."
Jorah's heart twitched.
"M-move who?" Jorah blustered "Why would a hug move me? I was just surprised that all of a sudden.." Jorah's voice trailed off
"It's fine." Nine gave an easy smile. "Besides. You hugged me too remember."
Jorah's eyes widened. "Me? When did I ever hug you?"
"The first night we slept together." Nine replied. His voice dipped teasingly "And last night.."
Jorah scratched his head sheepishly. Even if the first case was done unknowingly, last night was different.
"That's completely different from what you did." Jorah resumed his protest " The whole world can see this." he showed Nine the photo.
"That's good then." Nine replied "It means my plan is working"
