As Nine looked at his sleeping boyfriend, the warmth in his chest and the smile on his lips spread in equal measure.
"Wake up sleepy head." he poked Jorah's cheek. At Nine's provocation, Jorah groaned. Chuckling, Nine poked him again before raining kisses all over Jorah's face.
Retribution was swift as Jorah grabbed Nine by the waist.
"Stop!" Nine laughed as Jorah began to kiss him all over his face.
"What?" Jorah looked at him. "Didn't plan for a counter attack?"
Nine grinned widely. "No.I never know what to expect with you."
Pulling him closer, Jorah kissed his cheek "Good. Keep you on your toes."
"Good morning." Nine looked at him. They were both on their sides, their noses inches apart.
"G'morning." Jorah replied.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
The pair gazed at each other, these soft words illuminating each of their hearts. It was Jorah that broke the sweetness of the moment first. "It's Saturday. Why are you harassing me this early?"
"Harassing?" Nine echoed, laughing. "Is that what you call it?"
"Mn," Jorah pouted "I didn't expect to be up for at least another few hours."
"Must be nice." Nine sighed dramatically. "I'm used to not sleeping so now, even when I'm not working, I still get up at the same time."
"Mnmn.." Jorah shook his head.."We need to fix that."
"Fix it, why?" Nine chuckled. "I won't be on hiatus forever you know."
Jorah nodded. "Speaking of which." he sat up in bed and looked at Nine. "Have you thought about when you want to go back? If you need more time, I can talk to the director and producers to delay the project."
Nine looked at him. "You would do that?"
"Of course." Jorah nodded. "And it would only make sense. How can we promote the series if one half of the main leads won't be a part of the promotions?"
"Right." Nine conceded. He sighed as he rested his head in Jorah's lap. "I don't want to let anyone down. Everyone has worked so hard and you spent so much money to finish the project. I..." he trailed off.
Jorah gently stroked Nine's hair. "It's fine. You went through alot. If you need more time, I'm sure everyone, your fans included, will understand."
Nine fell silent for a few minutes before he looked up at Jorah. "Let's go ahead. Let's keep the original promotion schedule."
"Are you sure?" Jorah asked. "Because it's really fine. No one is rushing you to come back."
Shaking his head, Nine replied. "No. I know. And it's really ok. I want to come back." He smiled and took Jorah's hand. "Usually, whenever bad things happened, I wasn't able to handle them. I was never strong enough. But now...since I've met you, I feel like as long as you're there, I'll be fine."
"You've been plenty strong before I came along." Jorah disagreed, giving Nine's hand a gentle squeeze "But I'm glad you feel like you can rely on me." He looked into Nine's eyes. "I'll never let you down."
Nine kissed Jorah's hand. "I know." A smile bloomed on his lips. "So let's get back to work."
"You're the boss." Jorah winked
Nine sat up and pecked Jorah's lips. "That's right." he grinned. "And right now we have to be somewhere." He scooted off the bed and took Jorah by the hand.
