Episode 15.3 : Promotion

Promotion period for the series was hectic with hardly any days off. It had only been a week since the official premiere but the cast had already appeared on several programs to promote the series. It seemed like overnight they were literally everywhere.

Their schedule today was jam-packed. They began at a radio interview. Now they were on set shooting reactions for upcoming episodes. Immediately following that, the group was slated to be special guests at a charity event.

They were actually supposed to be surprise guests at the event but that 'secret' soon spread like wildfire so they ended up adding it to their official promotion.

Their current schedule was a slumber party themed watch so they were all dressed in pajamas. Norris and Gage or Chase and Nuea wore the same style in inverted colours. To the fans they were NGage or Chuea.

Nine and Jorah wore the same colours in different styles. Their trending nicknames were RyLan or Jorine.

The set was decorated like a cozy bedroom with bean bags, blankets, stuffed animals and throw pillows. After being fitted with their mics, they were arranged according to their pairings. Nine and Jorah sat at the back with Gage and Norris before them

Sitting cross legged at the front, Norris bit his bottom lip, clutching the oversized clam stuffed animal closer to his chest. Jorah placed a hand on the young man's shoulder. "Are you ok?"

Before he answered, Norris' eyes flitted briefly to Gage before he looked at Jorah. He made his best attempt to smile. "I'm fine." he nodded.

"Don't be nervous." Jorah told him. Norris nodded again.

Jorah looked briefly at Gage whose eyes were faced forward, looking at nothing in particular.

Norris glanced at Gage through the corner of his eye. He'd barely said a word to him since he got to the set. They'd exchanged greetings but not much else.

Two days had passed since the incident at his house and while they'd met for work, Gage's interactions with him were noticeably cool. He'd been so excited to see him again after leaving his place that day however he'd been sorely disappointed with the way Gage had treated him.

Nothing had changed since then. Even now, he was happy to see him but Gage was still ignoring him. Every time he made an attempt to converse with him, Gage found something else to do or somewhere else to be.

Norris sighed deeply. The countdown started, the cameras rolled.

"Hello everyone! We're the actors from The Protector The Series" They all found dazzling smiles to give their introductions.

"I'm Norris Black, I play Chase."

"I'm Gage Wang, I play Nuea."

"I'm Jorah Jindaya, I play Landon"

"I'm Nine, I play Ryder."

The four cheered.

"Today we're going to be watching episode 2 of The Protector." Nine looked at Jorah with a teasing smile. "Isn't this the episode where we..."

Jorah quickly covered Nine's mouth "Don't say it!"

Norris and Gage looked at the pair before laughing.

"Ok. Ok.I won't say it." Nine relented. "Let's just watch."

"Cut! That was good for the intro." The staff ok'ed the take "We're going to roll the episode now."

The four nodded. The camera rolled as they began to watch episode 2 of their drama.
