chapter 130

I walk into Carolyn's house and go to find derek. "Hi sweetheart" I smile as I find him in the kitchen, sat eating with his family.

"Hi mer, I thought you'd be at work until later today" he says. "I left early" I lean down behind him and kiss his cheek.

"Come here" he smiles. I sit on his lap. "Do you want some food, sweetie?" Carolyn asks. "I'll steal dereks" I say. "Great" he says sarcastically. Everyone chuckles.

"I missed you" i cuddle my face into the crease of his neck. He wraps his arms around me and kisses my cheek.

"Here baby, we're having burritos.. do you want me to make you one?" He asks. "I'll have yours" I take it. "Fine" he sighs. He grabs the food and makes himself a new one. I grab that after I'm done and eat that too. He glares at me.

He makes another. "I dare you" he warns as I look at it. I giggle. He eats it quickly.

I lean in and kiss his cheek before standing up. "Where you going?" He frowns, holding onto my hips as I try to walk away. "I'm just going to the bathroom" I chuckle. "Be quick.. I've only just got you back" he rolls his eyes. I giggle, walking away.

"She is so annoying!" he says, very obviously loud enough for me to hear on purpose. Everyone laughs as I walk back over and hit him.

"I'm kidding! I'm kidding!" He holds my hands to stop me. I laugh, walking away again. I go to the bathroom.

I go back down and stand behind derek. I lean down and hug his neck from behind. He's talking to his family. I kiss his cheek a few times playfully. He just ignores me and continues talking. I hug his neck tighter and kiss him more.

He smiles, pulling away from me gently as soon as he stops talking. "Stop" he chuckles, putting his hand on my cheek. I giggle as I see his red lipstick all over his cheek. I wipe it off for him.

"Can you give me attention now?" I grin. "Yes, come here idiot" he chuckles. I sit on his lap again. "You're a nightmare" Carolyn says. I grin at her.

"I told you she's annoying! She's so demanding and she makes me hug her like all of the time" Derek says. "You like it" I say. He looks down and blushes slightly. I giggle. "A little bit" he says quietly. I grin.

"I'm not your couch bro!.. ow" he groans as I curl up into a ball on his lap. He takes my feet back off of his legs. "I'm not your bro either" I nudge him. His family laugh. "That hurt.. you've got heels on" he says. "Sorry" I giggle.

I stand up. He pulls me back down. I grin at him. "Do you wanna go? I'm bored" he picks me up. "Lovely" Nancy says sarcastically. He grins at her sarcastically.

He leans down and kisses his moms head. "Love you, bye" he grabs my hand and pulls me along. "Bye guys! Thank you so much for dinner, Carolyn" I say, waving as I follow him. We go home.
