Taylor's POV

The bugaboo fox is the pram for me. I've decided and so Jay is ordering it. We're still in the baby shop, I didn't quite realise how much this gear is going to cost. Especially since Jay wants high end, branded stuff.

I'm looking at the vests and baby grows whilst he is ordering the car seat. He's pretty good with shopping, he knows his stuff already on baby gear and I smile walking over to him holding onto a few baby clothes. Little hats and socks.

The salesman smiles at me and I stand next to Jay his arm goes around me.

"Yes so could we choose delivery nearer the time" Jay enquirers.

"Of course when would you like the items to arrive sir" Greg, the salesmen asks. In this store the staff are impeccably dressed.

"Say 4 months time" Jay says looking at me for help.

I smile.

"Yes that should work" I say.

"Of course" Greg replies sorting it all out on the computer.

"What was your colour choice ?" He smiles.

"I like the black but it's up to you" Jay says smiling at me.

"Black is neutral and classic" I say softly.

"But" he laughs.

"No it is totally impractical" I laugh.

"You like the cream" he says reading my mind.

"I like the cream colour" I say to him smiling.

Jay smiles at me.

"The fabric is pretty stain resistant to be fair and it's all wipe clean" Greg informs me smiling.

"The cream then" Jay smiles looking at me.

I nod and stroke his arm. We order all of the extras including a footmuff which zips up to keep baby warm. The car seat with pram adaptors so that we can clip it to the pram chassis. I thought I would be most excited about the pram but the bassinets and the cribs are just as cute. I imagine tucking in a little baby and watching them sleep.

Once everything is ordered, several thousands of pounds later we browse the clothes and sleep sacks.

"What've you picked already" he smiles.

"Little socks and baby grows" I smile showing him and he holds the tiny clothes in his hands.

"They're so tiny" he says.

Naturally I am drawn to the blue and he begins picking up all the baby pink stuff.

"Maybe we buy gender neutral, until we know" I say.

"You wanna find out" he teases me.

"I do I think you're right, painting the room and buying the clothes I think actually it makes sense" I say.

I turn to him unbelieving this man is mine and is going to be the father of my children. I see his smile which has softened since being with me; the once boyish brute that I used to meet only at parties has become the centre of my universe. The reason I'm happy.
