Unique Business Management as A Trigger for The Success of A Business
In the business world, the term business management is a common thing to discuss. What exactly is called business management?
Doing business is not an activity that should be done carelessly and without any planning at all. If it is carried out carelessly, apart from reducing the potential for success, the risk of losing the business capital that has been disbursed could also occur. Therefore, business people need to prepare determination and plans in order to develop their business to success.
One of the important things for every businessman to learn is business management. Through proper management, a business can definitely run more smoothly, be able to achieve predetermined targets, and increase its chances of achieving success.
So? What is Business Management?
Business management is the activity of planning, working and supervising an enterprise or business. The aim of these activities is to achieve previously established business goals. Business management can also be interpreted as all efforts carried out according to plan to achieve sales or profit targets.
Likened to the steering wheel of a vehicle, business management is the steering wheel of the business towards success. So, the planning needs to be done in a planned, detailed, strict manner, and be able to lead the business to clear development.
As previously explained, in business management there are a series of activities that have their respective functions, from planning to monitoring. Of course, there are components in a business according to their respective classifications as well as their vision and mission.
Through the results of field research that I conducted on one of the business ventures, a cafe. Of course, it covers all the core things in business management.
Each place of business definitely has different characteristics and management systems even though they have been structured according to previous instructions.
There is something interesting from my previous research. Discussing branding matters, branding is included in business management in the marketing management component section. Of course, this is an important point in business management that needs to be paid attention to.
Branding has its own strategy of course, one of the things that was highlighted in my research was building emotional attachment with consumers. Building attachment, of course, through communication, either directly verbally or through social media networks.
Communication there is important to build a sense of comfort, there are times when employees in the cafe open communication sessions with consumers, talking about what consumers feel about their workplace, the point is like opening an impromptu psychologist's practice and sometimes generating new ideas because of the feeling of comfort experienced by consumers. Make consumers talk more honestly about the service at that place without exaggerating or underestimating. Everything fits, natural.
The next branding is to have a strong character, which sticks in the minds of consumers. Something unique, where there is an exhibition of used items from a type of waste made into masterpieces, apart from educating about the importance of the environment, consumers are invited to be creative in a special place for making creations of these waste items.
So apart from enjoying the food served by the cafe, consumers also feel comfortable because there are specialist sessions and don't get bored because they can participate in protecting the environment by processing waste materials into beautiful works...
