7 | a davis-gilmore-moore christmas

                                                                 SEASON 1 EPISODE 11

it was finally christmas eve, the best time of the year. it was 5PM,  the davis-gilmore family, plus sydney were all eating dinner discussing their plans for christmas tomorrow.

"so sydney your mum is coming for dinner tomorrow, right?" cassie munches on her pasta, "yeah she is, she told me that she booked a hotel until new years" sydney was super excited. "a hotel? tell her to stay here" cassie said, "shut up cassie, that's absolute bull shit, she can stay in the hotel" monica took a sip of her water, "it's her own mother mom" the older daughter rolled her eyes, "i'm her mother cassidy!" monica stood up and yelled. "you did not raise her" cassie yelled back. "i am her mother weather you like it or not, you jealous bitch" monica cried, "you aren't even a mother to me" cassie said, monica slapped her across the face. "mom!" ryan yelled.

cassie ran off to her room, and monica rolled her eyes. "is dad coming?" ryan asked, "not at all" monica said. "why not?" ryan had a very much attitude in his voice, "because i don't want him here." the mother replied, "i'm going for a walk, ill be back" ryan left. "very good pasta" sydney attempted to break the awkwardness.

cassie was practically sobbing on the phone, "i don't know if i'm gonna survive here anymore" the blonde spoke on the phone numbly. "ill see you in a bit" she hung up the phone.  "hello?" cassie rang another number, "come over right now, we have a room for you please" cassie hung up.

an hour later someone knocked at the door. "ill get it" cassie ran and yelled to her mom and siblings who were on the couch. "hi, you must be charlotte moore?" cassie opened the door. "mom?!" sydney ran up to hug the woman. "hi baby" charlotte stroked her daughters hair. "mom this is cassie and ryan, the people i was telling you about" sydney said, "oh my god, hi guys, thank you so much for everything you have done for sydney" charlotte hugged the twins, "it was really nothing, she's our sister" cassie and sydney smiled at each other. the woman took a look at monica, "hey charlotte moore" she shook the woman's hand, "monica davis."

"you must be exhausted from your trip charlotte, ill show you the guest room" cassie took the woman's hand? cassie took the woman's hand. 

"hey, merry christmas eve!" the man swung open the door, "dad!" the twins ran to their dad. "hey kiddos, i missed you" andrew gilmore hugged his kids, "sydney how are you?" andrew gave the girl a high five. "charlotte? hey how have you been?" andrew hugged the woman. "i've been okay" charlotte replied. "dad, i'll show you your room!" cassie ran.

cassidy went to sleep that night feeling happy that her sister had family here, happy that her dad was here, and very pleased with the fact that her mother was very pissed off. the next morning, monica was so pissed off she buried herself in work until dinner, so that left the rest of the family to make dinner.

the next morning cassie decided to go to the christmas market to buy some last minute groceries. "oh hey archibald! merry christmas!" cassie ran into the boy, "merry christmas gilmore girl" nate laughed, "yknow my mom slapped me in the face, so i invited my dad and sydney's mom over to stay at our house with out her knowing" the two started walking, "wow" nate smiled, "what about you, you going to blair's party tonight?" cassie asked, "i don't know yet, i may head over to my grandfather's." nathaniel replied. "oh heres the bread" cassie picked up the loaf, "i gotta get going, bye"

as cassie was walking, she received a message from her stalker AGAIN! "you have flour all over your sweater cassie" the blonde looked around, she was getting freaked out. cassie ran to the closest car she could find, "can i have a ride please?" cassie said in a state of panic, "sure of course hop in" the guy said, "thank you, calvin?!" cassie laughed, "merry christmas cassie" "hey, what are you doing tonight?" the blonde asked, "nothing really why?" "i was wondering if you wanted to come have dinner with me and my family" cassie said, "why not, ill see you tonight cass" 

hours later the family was sitting at the dinner table getting ready to eat. monica finally arrived home, ryan invited aubrey, and calvin arrived. "mom, dad, charlotte, this is my amazing, beautiful, perfect girlfriend, aubrey collins." ryan kissed her on the cheek, "uhm, she's my best friend too" cassie rolled her eyes, "yes honey, i'm all yours" aubrey laid back onto the girl. "guys, this is calvin, one of my very close friends" "hey everybody" calvin said.

after the dinner ended calvin and cassie were sitting on the porch. "yknow cassie, i really like you, and i wanna be something more than friends" he touched the girls leg. "me too cal, i like you a lot as well.
