"I DON'T WANT YOU TO GO" cassie whined as she clung onto james at the airport. "how are we going to work?" she asked. "i'll only be gone for a few weeks and as soon as i come back we will record since we already wrote everything" he kissed her forehead.
"just go hang out with your friends or with the baby it will make you forget i ever left" he hugged her tightly. "my flight's going to leave soon, i have to go cassie" he told the girl softly, "okay" she pulled away from the hug.
"have as much fun as you want, but just don't kill our baby!" he yelled as he walked away.
she got into her car and saw nate called her. she picked up the phone and he instantly told her about a plan they had to take down russell and cassie headed to a warehouse to meet nate.
"hey! i'm here!" cassie panted as she ran up to nate. "hey" he said as he kept an eye on jack and chuck from the corner. "jack went to talk to chuck first and then chuck's gonna punch him then we step in" nate told the girl and she nodded.
"oh crap! that was a good one!" cassie whispered watching chuck's punch, "cassie" nate laughed at the girl's remark. "what? when my kid slaps someone in school i'm gonna be a supportive mom, and cheer" she winked as the two got ready to intervene.
"yeah, yeah, yeah. you ready gilmore? your gonna need to channel your inner constance" he whispered. "i'm always ready, lets go"
the two walked quickly up to jack and chuck, and jack was talking about blair and chuck's mom so chuck decided to swing at him but nate pushed him back.
"hey! what the hell's going on?! get ahold of yourself" nate told the angry bass. "look who rode in on his high horse to tell me i told you so!" chuck yelled as he pushed nate.
"right bass, take a step back" cassie told the man as she pushed him back. "get out of the way cass or i hurt you and your baby" chuck told the girl and she slapped him across the face. "you need help chuck" cassie stepped back and jack spoke up.
"blondie's right you do need some help. thats why i brought some" jack said as the institution people came in.
"you either go with them or i call the cops and file a civil suit against you" jack said, "sorry man you should go with them" nate said as the men took chuck.
"don't touch the suit!" he yelled and cassie winked at him as he left before her and nate followed.
"that was a pretty good hit" he whispered as they left the main room. "i've always wanted to slap someone" cassie laughed.
cassie waited in the elevator with two security guards as she waited for russell to try to leave. she leaned her ear against the door to try to hear what was happening when she heard footsteps.
the doors opened and the first thing she saw was russell's face. "how about we sit back down" cassie guided the man to the couch.
the group had made russell watch the tape with them and found out the russell had started the fire in bart's building instead of bart. but they eventually made a deal if russell left town and never came back the truth wouldn't get out.
as russell left cassie walked up to chuck and nate. "thank you for your help today cass" nate smiled at the girl. "i know i saved the day, as usual" she laughed and chuck put his hand on his cheek, "yes thank you but did you have to hit me so hard?" he asked. "sorry" she chuckled softly.
"i got to go to the constance alumni event, i'll see you guys there?" cassie said before leaving.
cassie had curled her hair and put on a nice dress and headed to the party.
she roamed around the party trying to find aubrey or her brother or just someone to talk too. "cassie!" serena called out and the blonde turned around, "have you seen charlie?" she asked, "i think i saw her wearing your cotilion dress somewhere" cassie looked around. "thank you! bye!" serena ran off.
suddenly cassie's phone went off and she checked it to see a text from chuck saying, "hi this is a security guard at the roof, chuck bass is threatening to jump and you were the first person on his contact list, were on the roof"
seeing the message cassie instantly ran up to the roof and looked around to see, no one? "chuck?!" she called out and no response.
