                                                                      SEASON 1 EPISODE 17

"shit shit shit" blair paced around the room, "where could she have gone?"  "i think i know where she is" cassie put on her shoes, "call chuck, i'll call nate, tell him to be here in half an hour" 

the gilmore headed into her car. she knew exactly how to find serena, but she needed some backup, she really did not wanna have to do what she was gonna do right now but it was for her best friend's sake. "nate?" cassie started her car, "meet at the waldorfs in half an hour, not any later, i need you please" 

cassie tracked serena's phone to a bar around 10 minutes away. she was about to cross queens street when she looked to her left and saw serena clinging to a tree with 2 men around her. "woah back up from her mate" cassie said opening her car door. "what are you gonna do if i don't princess" the taller man said coming closer to her, cassie felt her fist clenching and before she knew it it hit the mans face, "holy shit, lets go rena" cassie said dragging the girl into the car. 

"blair, nate, chuck! help please!" cassie yelled from the elevator, the three walked in to see serena heavily drunk on the floor. nate and chuck rushed  to pick up serena, while cassie ran upstairs to turn on the bath.

"what the hell even happened?" the archibald piped up, "long story" cassie said running into the washroom. everyone in the room could sense the tension between cassie and nate. "cass-" nate said trying to talk to the girl, "not now nathaniel" cassie said which made chucks eyes widen because shes never called the man his full name before.

blair put serena in the tub as cassie closed the door. "w-whats going o-on with you and n-nate?" serena stuttered, "yeah what is going with you and nate?" blair agreed with the drunk blonde, "um he sort of kissed me and then i ran away to your house b.." cassie said avoiding eye contact, "WHAT?!" blair and serena yelled in shock.  

the 5 made their way to the couch so serena could explain what happened. "i can't say it guys" serena sobbed, "rena whatever you have done we have all done before probably" cassie said squeezing the girls hands.  "yeah like me and chuck have had sex in a limo" blair said, "several times" chuck added, "i had sex with you at a wedding while i was her date" nate told serena, cassie gave the man a jealous look, "once" nate gave a look to chuck. " and i stayed with my ex after he cheated, numerous times" cassie said giving chuck a look to say something. "i'm chuck bass"  

serena sat the group down to tell the story. "remember last year the shepherd wedding, nate and i went into the empty bar, and i opened a bottle of champagne" serena paused, "i think we can skip that part" cassie interrupted, "yeah, i'll fill her in later" nate smiled at the gilmore, "go ahead. serena finished the story and the group decided to not act and just leave the situation alone. 

later that day, serena, chuck, blair and cassie all went to lily's rehearsal dinner. "cassidy, honey!" monica approached the girl, "how are you honey, i haven't seen you since before the accident!" monica asked. "i've been fine, you would know if you bothered to check up on me or even come home like dad did." cassie aggressively said trying to stop herself from hitting her mom with her crutch. "don't be selfish cassie it looks ugly on you, i had work" monica laughed, "your daughter gets hit by a car AND almost died, and you choose work? i'm not the selfish one" cassie spit out as she walked away.

"whats up nate?" cassie said as she picked up her ringing phone, "i just wanted to let you know, i ran into aubrey and she told me that georgina is with dan and vanessa at rufus's concert. nate spoke on the other end, "thanks, i'm on my way, send the address" cassie hung up the phone, "blair, bass, what if i told you i knew where georgina sparks is right now?" "i say we go beat that bitch" chuck said. 

the trio stormed into rufus's concert looking for dan and georgie. "collins! wheres georgina and dan?" chuck ran up to aubrey, ryan & nate. "we don't know" ryan said, "i think they left recently" nate said staring particularly at cassie. "cass, can we talk?" aubrey asked. "yep" the blonde replied. 

the duo stepped outside into the fresh air. "i'm sorry about not believing you about sarah" aubrey apologized. "why didn't you believe me?" cassie asked, "i don't know" aubrey replied with confusion. "why didn't you tell me that you and nate kissed? i bet you told blair and serena." aubrey looked at her best friend with disappointment in her eyes, "i was going to tell you in the cafe, but then you kicked me out" cassie responded not even looking at aubrey. "sorry, but you could have told me on the phone too" aubrey said pressing her lips together. "you just called me crazy aubrey? your being ridiculous right now. cassie slightly yelled. "you've changed ever since you and my brother got together."  

aubrey got pissed at that statement, so she grabbed cassie's hair. cassie pushed the girl back, this quickly led to a fight between the two. thank god nate and ryan came out in time to stop the girls. ryan grabbed aubrey's arm and pulled her back, and nate grabbed cassie's waist and pulled her close to him, "your just jealous i'm in a happy relationship, while your ex hit you with a fucking car" aubrey spat out.  that broke cassie completely, "what happened to us aubs?" cassie's voice broke and she cried asking the question, "i don't know" aubrey's eyes started getting teary. 

"i'm going home" cassie let herself go from nate's hold and walked off.
