CHAOS HAS STRUCK IN THE UPPER EAST SIDE after aubrey collins's sudden disappearance. aubrey had left letters to blair, serena, chuck, nate, vanessa, dan and her boyfriend ryan. cassie was the only person aubrey had come to about leaving in person.
blair, serena and nate had been altering spending nights the past week with cassie. last night was blair's night and her and cassie were now getting ready for school.
"i still don't even know why she left" cassie told blair as they headed down the stairs. "honestly i think the upper east side was getting to much for her" blair sympathized. "good morning sydney, mr.gilmore and soon to be mrs.gilmore" blair smiled as charlotte showed off her new engagement ring.
"were you two talking about aubrey leaving?" andrew asked the girls. "i miss her" sydney frowned. "i know syd, me too" blair patted the girls back. "she changed her number" cassie laid her head on the counter. "has anyone checked on ryan?" the man asked. "we've called and went to his place plenty of times but no answer" cassie said. "i'll try to swing by again today" andrew said.
cassie and blair walked into the school building. "hows your week of community service and detention going?" cassie asked. "worst week i have ever had, i got my channel heels dirty so you can't take them anymore hah!" blair leaned on her blonde friend's locker, "who wears heels to pick up trash?" cassie asked. "blair waldorf does, and blair waldorf also wants more revenge on rachel, whos in?" blair turned to her minions who just stayed quiet.
"i'm sorry blair but no, we don't want to end up doing community service" penelope remarked. "cassie, my partner in scheming please help me!" blair begged. "revenge doesn't solve your problems blair" cassie rolled her eyes.
suddenly queller announces that there is a new policy for no cell phone use during school hours. the girls realize that this was all rachel's idea and are really mad about it. "luckily i have a backup plan" cassie sighs and opens her bag. the blonde pulls out some old cellphones and hands it to each of the girls. "hide your real phones and check these in" cassie mumbled.
after lunch, serena angrily stormed up to cassie. "c, did you check gossip girl?" serena hissed. "no" cassie pulled up her phone and saw a rumor of rachel and dan sleeping together on gossip girl. "oh my god" cassie muttered as serena went to go confront dan.
"blair!" cassie called out to the brunette in the halls. "what the hell is wrong with you?! you posted a rumor that could possibly ruin your own life and the schools" cassie yelled. "t-theres a pta meeting tonight" blair stammered.
in the evening, cassie went to pick up her brother's favorite thai food since she was planning to swing by after. cassie walked by the window of a nearby cafe and noticed two familiar faces.
she saw dan wipe a tear of rachel's cheek and snapped a picture of it. she realized that blair would be in deep shit if she didn't show headmistress queller the photo immediately.
cassie got into her car and drove towards the school. cassie ran to the pta meeting as fast as possibly.
she bolted inside the meeting and spotted everyone in shock. she saw blair fiddling her fingers looking very anxious.
"cassidy, students aren't allowed in this meeting" queller told the girl. "i know i'm so sorry headmistress but i have proof blair wasn't lying, if you would check your email" cassie breathed.
cassie waited outside for the meeting to be adjourned when blair walked up to her. "hey.." she whispered. "hi" cassie gave her a soft smile. "thank for that in there, you got me out of expulsion" blair stammered. "i've already lost one best friend, i can't lose another" cassie smiled.
"i don't know how that lie would have worked out if you hadn't saved me" blair laughed softly. suddenly harold waldorf appeared behind the girl. "daddy! i can explain!" blair said anxiously. "blair i'll see you at home" harold told the girl than left.
"ill see you later b" cassie hugged the girl.
cassie made her way to her twin brother's house and banged on the door. "open up ryan! i brought thai!" cassie yelled. she found a spare key on the ground and used it to open the door.
"oh my god" the girl said as she looked around the messy house. dishes were everywhere, alcohol bottles were half drunken and she saw her brother screaming at the tv. "ryan, what the hell?!" she yelled.
"yo cass, want a beer, there on the counter." he told the girl without looking at her. "i'm suprised you haven't gotten lung cancer by how bad this place smells." cassie gagged. "don't hate on it till you've been in it, aw come on!" he raged. "that doesn't even make sense you dumbass?" cassie questioned. she took a step closer to him and backed away in pure disgust. "ew you smell like you just killed somebody.
the girl was disgusted, furious, and annoyed so she decided to smash her brothers old tv. "what the hell was that for bitch?!" ryan yelled in his sisters face. "you call your sister a bitch again, and ill make you the bitch" blair came in through the door. "this place is disgusting by the way"
"also we are going to get this place cleaned up because i am staying here tonight" blair stated.
the three spent the night cleaning the place up and just hanging out.
