Let me hold you - SS & VC

The night finally rolled around, Vivian got herself into bed as she waited for Siobhan. The blonde slowly made her way out of the bathroom and over to the bed. She climbed in before slowly moving herself to the very edge, her body clearly tensed. Vivian watched her closely before sighing slightly. "Bonbon. It's okay. You have a lot of space if you want to move over a bit. It's okay." Vivian spoke calmly as she watched Siobhan closely. She didn't move at all. If anything, she froze on the spot. Her mind began to race. "She noticed, now what do i do. What if she's angry? What if sge doesn't love me now? What if something makes her flip?" The thoughts were so loud that Siobhan didn't realise what was happening.

Soon, the sound of sniffles caught Vivian's attention. "Bons, talk to me or at least let me hold your hand." She whispered as Siobhan looked over at Viv, slowly reaching her hand out. The second they made contact, Siobhans wall crumbled, tears falling freely down her face. "Am i really safe, like actually safe, or am i going to end up back with him?" She mumbled nervously, Vivian nodded. "Darling, im here with you. You no longer have to sleep on the edge and try not to move too much. You are wiggling as much as you like. You are never going to be in a situation where he can physically hurt you ever again. I promise we will all keep you as far away from him as possible." Vivian spoke calmly while running her thumb over Siobhans knuckles.

"Can i have a hug, please?" Siobhan asked quietly, almost confusing herself as she was so used to running away from everyone. She was fighting everything in her body that was telling her to run and hide. Vivian wrapped her arms around her gently before carefully moving her closer against her chest. Vivian slowly moved her hand up, and as she did, Siobhan visibly flinched. "Okay, sorry darling,  i was going to brush the hair from your face." She whispered before gently tucking her hair behind her ear. Siobhan hid her face into Vivian's neck. "Hey, you are okay, i know things are a little bit scary still, but i promise that I won't hurt you, okay darling.  It's all okay." Vivian spoke calmly as she held the blonde in her arms.

Siobhans whole body shook in the dark-haired womans arms as she held her. "If you want me to let go, you can just tap my arm three times if you dont want to talk, but you are welcome to stay cuddled up if you would rather." Vivian spoke quietly as to not startle Siobhan any further. Siobhan said nothing but held on tighter to Vivian, almost as if she was scared to let go.

"I forget im safe now. He has shaped me so much that i forget what life was like before.  But i mean, it was only a year im overreacting. Mia was younger than me and was stuck in his power for over twenty years. She's got it worse than me, and im overreacting. I shouldn't be like this at all. It's stupid. I just need to be normal instead of jumping at everyone and everything. I dont want to go to the nursery in case he is there, but he is never there, he hasnt step foot in that new building, so i dont know why im scared. Goid god Autumn is there as well. It's so stupid. I'm stupid." She scolded herself while rambling. Vivian had learnt that Siobhan would just ramble about everything randomly as her way of opening up. The dark-haired woman sat and listened closely as Siobhan let out her emotions.

Vivian waited for Siobhan to finish talking before kissing the top of her head. "Hey, you are safe now. I know it's still a lot to get used to, but it will be okay. We will do this together. Everyone is looking out for you, and you will slowly unlearn the behaviour he taught you. Like now you are letting me comfort you.  See, you are coming so far already." Vivian spoke quietly as she watched Siobhans eyes fluttering. It was clear that the blonde had exhausted herself.

Vivian waffled to Siobhan about her day and about Jamie's day, her voice calming Siobhan. Viv watched as the blondes body slowly relaxed. Her grip started getting loser on Vivian, her shoulders dropping slightly. It was soon confirmed she was asleep  by the sound of soft snores. Vivian smiled to herself as she kept an eye on Siobhan for a while. It filled her with warmth to see how peaceful Siobhan looked while sleeping. She stayed there for a while before slowly falling asleep herself.

Hours had passed when Siobhan jumped awake, sweat beading on her forehead. Vivian felt her jump slightly before storing awake slowly. "Bonbon, shh, it's okay," she whispered while trying not to fully wake up. Siobhan heavy breathing caught Vivian's attention. "Okay darling,  im here with you." Vivian spoke quietly as she sat herself up slowly against the headboard. Siobhan slid herself out of bed and started pacing. "He was there. No one saved me. You lied! You said you would save me, but you weren't there!" Siobhan sobbed as she paced back and forth.

Vivian got up and opened opened her arms. "Bonbon, come and have a hug." She told her calmly as Siobhan walked straight into her embrace. "Darling, it was a bad dream. I wish i could have held you like this in your dream." Vivian spoke calmly while running her nails up and down Siobhans back. "Can we get back in bed, please? Im cold." The blonde asked quietly.

It didn't take long for the couple to be both snuggled up under the duvet together. "I've got you beautiful." Vivian whispered before placing a soft kiss on Siobhans lips. The blonde blushed slightly, not being used to any form of affection. Thankfully, it didn't take long for Siobhan to get back to sleep in the comfort of Vivian's embrace.
