that time again - MK & AFK & AR

It was that time of the month for Marjorie, and everyone knew it. She was all over the place.

Autumn walked into the office to find Marjorie clutching her stomach. "Stop being so stubborn and actually take something. Im fed up with seeing you in that position every time i walk in or look over to ask you something." Autumn told her in her usual cold tone when deep down she just wanted to look out for her friend.

Finally, Marjorie made her way over to the filling cabinet. Autumn looked up. "Marjorie, dont worry, but im going to call Reece because you have leaked." Autumn whispered. Quickly, Marjorie turned around to try and hide it before rushing to sit back at her desk.

"All i need now is mia to come in. I heard how she treated Carly with things like things." Marjorie mumbled while trying to get control of her breathing. "Speak of the devil, and he shall appear," Mia teased while standing in the doorway. Seeing her sent Marjorie over the edge.

Tears rolled down her cheeks, and her breathing was espractic. "Okay, Marjorie, shh, it's okay." Autumn quickly stepped in. Kneeling on the floor in front of her and taking hold of both her hands. Mia quickly shut the blinds and locked the door to keep everyone out. "Okay, marj, it's just us in here now. You are safe," Mia whispered calmly before gently placing her hands on Marjories shoulders, rubbing them slowly. She didn't know what had happened. All she knew was that Marjorie needed people to look after her and not be making it worse.

Autumn watch as Marjories body started to shake slightly. "Marjorie, it's Autumn. Im going to move you slightly so i can hug you, and you can listen to my heartbeat." She told the manager softly before pulling her to her feet and holding her against her chest.

"Mia, dont shout at me or bully me. Please. It's not my fault. I know it's dirty. Please." She sobbed, Mia noticed what was going on and moved to stand quietly next to Autumn. "Okay, let's take some deep breaths. When you are ready, we will go to the bathroom and get you changed. Char keeps a change in her locker so you can have that. Look, we can tie my jumper around you so no one will know, " Mia hushed as Marjorie sniffled.

Marjorie held onto Autumn as the tears rolled down her cheeks. "Come on, you, let's get moving. You are okay." Mia told her softly as she took her sweatshirt over her head. "Im going to tie it around your waist." Mia whispered calmly, but Marjorie shook her head quickly. "It won't fit, im too big." She sobbed, but Mia rolled her eyes before doing it anyway. "Right dickhead soo it fits now stop making excuses and get your ass to the toilet and i will go and get Chars change of clothes."

The pair walked back into the office together once Marjorie had gotten changed. "Right, take these and get on with your work. I can't be too nice, surely," Mia joked, earning an eye roll from Marjorie as she placed the paracetamol down on her desk. "Auts will look after you, and if you feel worse, then go home, sweetheart." Marjorie looked down and nodded slightly as Mia walked towards the door.

"Actually, hang on! Why couldn't you have looked after carly like that. She's only young, and you know things aren't easy for her, yet you still had to bring the girl down with your sick and twisted games!" Marjorie snapped at her. "I dont like her that much, what can I say. As for you, i only helped you for Autumns sake. You know how she feels about physical affection, yet you wouldn't let her go, so something had to be done." Mia barked back at her just as Charlotte walked into the office. "Amelia Roberts! Out there now!" She scolded before placing the accident form on Autumns desk and pointing towards the door.

Charlotte went straight to Marjories side and placed her hands on her shoulders gently. "I will deal with her once you are okay." She whispered as Autumn looked over at them. "I dont mind comforting you when you are upset, no matter what she says." Autumn whispered calmly.

"I snapped at her first. I felt bad for Carly, and now i wish i had left it." Marjorie mumbled as Autumn looked out the wondow. "Well, she's gone now, so dont worry. I've just watched her drive out of the car park." Charlotte just moved and hugged Marjorie more. "Im so sorry that she's gone and not spoken to you." Marjorie whispered, but Charlotte shook her head. "She will be back for lunch. I honestly dont even know why she is here other than to upset you."

Lunch soon rolled around, and as Charlotte was about to leave the building, she spotted her girlfriend heading towards the office.

"Marjorie, im sorry." Mia whispered as she pulled a big bar of chocolate from the bag and placed it on her desk. "I didn't mean to upset you or Carly. Well, not really." She whispered. Everyone knew that apologies were never Mias strong point, but it was clear she was trying. "Dont be embarrassed, but I've also washed your clothes from early," she mumbled as she passed her the bag she was carrying. Marjorie looked at mia before standing up and wrapping her arms around her tightly. "Thank you." She told her quietly.

Charlotte stood in the doorway as she watched her girlfriend and her best friend. "Baby.." Charlotte whispered nervously as Mia turned to look at her. "Im so proud of you, thank you," she told her with a smile on her face. "I didn't forget your chocolate. it's in the car waiting for you." She told her before letting go of Marjorie and walking over to Charlotte.
