Autumn had tried to pack for the staff trip for what felt like hours now. The clothes went in only to come back out again minutes later. "Oh for fuck sake!" She finally yelled, gaining Winters attention. He waisted no time, running upstairs to check on his wife. "My sweet, is everything okay?"

"My love, how am i meant to pack for eight weeks with twins? They will need so many things and so will I. What do i even bring? They get through at least three outfits a day. That is 21 outfits a week. That's 168 for the 8 weeks but they will need spares. We are looking at 175 outfits at least, each. Each Winter." She mumbled quietly while stood in the middle of the twins bedroom, clothes all over the floor and two bags either side of her. "We dont even own that many clothes."

Winter hesitated for a moment to make sure Autumn had finished talking before moving towards where his wife was stood. "My sweet,  I will help you pack. You don't need to do it alone. We will have washing machines when we are away so we can wash their clothes." He whispered softly while moving to hold her hand, rubbing small circles on it.

"Its not just clothes, they will need travel cots aswell and what about me. I need that breast pump to start with and places to store my milk. We will take up so much room but I can't leave them behind." She muttered while looking around the room. "We can make a list of what we will all need and work -" He started calmly but she quickly cut him off. "But Marjorie said there isn't much space, Winter a list won't change what we need to bring!" She snapped. She didn't mean to, of course she didn’t but it still happened.

Slowly, Winter stepped back. "Go and have a hot drink and just sit down with Caddie for a bit my love, let me sort this out this mess for you and then i will be down." He hushed while placing a gentle hand on the base of her back, guiding her away from the twins room.

While Autumn was downstairs, she done as Winter asked. She spent time making a hot drink before sitting down on the couch, wrapping her dark green blanket around her legs. With one hand she held her mug and in the other was her phone.

It took a while but sure enough Winter had put away all the clothes from the floor and moved the still empty bags to the side. He knew Autumn would have wanted the bags packed but his priority was looking after his wife.

On his way downstairs he could hear voices, Marjorie's voice. He never listened to his wife's phone calls but this one was louder than normal. "Marjorie you aren't listening to me. Me and the twins aren't coming with you for this stupid tour." She finally yelled. What Winter didnt expect was to hear Marjorie yelling back. "Everyone is going so that includes you and the twins. You guys can drive if you would rather not travel with us."

Just as Autumn was about to reply,  Winter stepped into the room. "My sweet, say bye to Marjorie before you say something you will regret." He whispered softly, moving to sit by her feet and pulling her legs onto his lap. "I'm going, bye Marjorie" She muttered before hanging up. "I should have rang Reece, maybe he would be more understanding that i cant travel for 8 weeks with twins." She whispered before throwing her phone. She took a deep breath, pulling the blanket around her shoulders, resting her head against the couch.

"I told you we would work this out together,  that doesn't mean cancelling on everyone my sweet. I know you are stressed but this isnt how to go about it." He told her calmly. It was one of the situations that he had to think carefully about what he said incase it upset his wife further.

Autumn sighed before nodding slightly. "You pack then. Mr 'i will make a list' you do it because I'm not." She snapped without even thinking about her tone. "I'm going to see Mia!" She seethed before pushing herself off the couch, walking towards the door. Winter let her go, he wasn't mad or hurt by her actions. "My sweet, take your phone with you please." He told her calmly.
