As Mia pulled into the nursery car park, tears fell from her girlfriends beautiful blue eyes. "Hey, I'm only going for 3 days this time. It won't be long and you will be okay." Mia whispered as she parked her black Mustang in the car park, looking over at her girlfriend in the passenger seat.

Charlotte sighed and nodded. "I know you need to do this for you, and im proud of you. I really am. It just hurts saying bye." She whispered as Mia pulled her in for a kiss. "It's just a, I will see you later because you will see me again." She teased while brushing Charlottes hair from her face, tucking it behind her ear. "I love you, Amelia," she whispered as she held on tightly to her girlfriend. "I love you too, baby girl. Now go before you are late, and i have Marjorie on my case again." She teased with one last kiss.

Charlotte nodded and got out of the car, walking across the car park slowly while lost inside her own head. As she was halfway across the carpark, a horn made her snap from her thoughts. It was Mia beeping as she left, waving as she drove towards the exit. Charlotte waved back until the back Mustang was out of sight. Charlotte walked into the building, bumping straight into Reece as he stood updating the notice board.

"Reece, im sorry." She mumbled nervously as she went to walk away. "Nope, get back here. I know that face, I take it a certain redhead is back on her trips?" He asked softly while rubbing Charlottes back. He started to walk her slowly into the office. "Yeah." She mumbled nervously as Reece opened the office door, walking inside with Charlotte. "Darling, can you just..." Marjorie started before she looked up from her computer and spotted Charlotte.

"Okay, my love, it's okay." She hushed as she pulled Charlotte closer and wrapped her arms around her tightly. "Im going to go and cover in the room." Reece told them both as he walked out of the room. "Mia has gone again, and this time, i-it hurts." She sobbed as Marjorie listened closely.

"I know why she leaves, but i can't help but think that it's because of me. Like Reece was there and Auts, and they dont just wake up and say they are leaving the country every other week." Charlotte ranted as tears streamed down her cheeks. "Hey, that woman loves you, and you know that everyone knows that. As hard as it is, they weren't made to do his dirty work, hes a brutal man. Some days, i can't get Reece to move enough to even kiss me, but on the bright side, Mia knows what she needs to do to help herself. If that means travelling, then so be it. She will get there." Marjorie whispered before Charlotte nodded slowly.

"Oh darling, i know it's hard." Marjorie whispered. "No, you dont! Reece just stays in bed. At least you know where he is! My loving girlfriend is on a plane somewhere. I have to deal with the anxiety of it all, the time difference, being alone all the time. At least you can go to him." Charlotte ranted harshly, making her take a step back.

"Charlotte drop the attitude." Autumn told her sternly as she entered the office. "Marjorie isn't the one leaving. She is the one who is looking after you while Reece is currently helping in the room." Autumn scolded her. "Now, either be nice or get on with your shift." Charlotte glance at Autumn before looking at Marjorie. "Sorry," she whispered before walking out of the office.

After what felt like forever, Charlottes' shift ended. She went to grab her bag before walking to the office. She knocked on the door before walking inside. She looked at Marjorie before looking down again. "I am so so sorry for lashing out earlier. I didn't mean it at all. I was just off loading all on my emotions onto you." She admitted defeat. Marjorie got up from her desk and walked to wrap her arms tightly around her long-term best friend. "You are okay, am I am here for you."

As the two friends stood together, the office door opened again, but they didn't hear it. "Miss me?" A voice came from behind them. "You, what, why, who, why?" Charlotte stumbled on her words before throwing herself at Mia. "Well, a little birdy told me about your outbust this morning, and i couldn't leave knowing the state you had got yourself into." Mia told her softly as she clung to her girlfriend. "Mia, I'm sorry that im stopping you from freeing yourself." Charlotte whispered nervously as she moved to look at Mia, but she shook her head. "Your cuddles will solve everything." She whispered before looking at Autumn.

Charlotte caught on and looked at Autumn. "You called her?" Charlotte asked, and Autumn nodded. "Can i hug you?" She asked Autumn. She rolled her eyes before giving in and nodding at her. "Get here then." She told her. Charlotte moved closer to Autumn and wrapped her arms around her gently. "Thank you," she whispered as Autumn rubbed her back. "You are both okay. Any problems with her, give me a call, and i will be there." Autumn whispered quietly before letting go of Charlotte. "Both of you need to go home now."
Marjorie told them with a soft smile. The couple took hold of eachothers hand before making their way to the car park. "I love you so much, and i hope you know that," Charlotte told Mia as they sat in the car together. "I still love you more." Mia teased as she started her car, taking hold of her girlfriends hand.
