"Marjorie, you aren't the only one who has lost people or has a shit background. Stop acting like it's all about you." Charlotte told Marjorie harshly before moving away slightly. "You say that, but it's still hard, okay! You left your husband! I had no choice." Marjorie argued back, making Charlottes face drop immediately. "Why is my divorce all you seem to talk about?" Charlotte asked quietly with pain in her voice. "Well, if you must know, we are now dating." Marjorie told her calmly. "You are, WHAT? MY EX AND MY BESTFRIEND." Charlotte shouted before gripping the door handle, ready to leave. "Yep, and he has filled me in on the famous Charlotte Victoria. I know all your little secrets, which is why, as of now, you are fired! Pack up your stuff and go!" Marjorie shouted at her as tears fell down Charlotte cheeks. "You have known me 10 years and him a whole week. What about Reece?"

With that, Charlotte sat upright, her breathing heavy and her body shaking. She slowly looked around the room, realising it was empty and she was alone. She rubbed her eyes as she realised she was in the staff room at work. She slowly stood herself up and made her way towards the office. She didn't want to see Marjorie, not really, but she just needed someone.

"Charlotte, why are you still here? You should have left ten minutes ago like i told you." Marjorie questioned as she stood up from her desk. Charlotte shook her head as tears pricked her eyes. She was praying for Autumn to walk in, but she wasn't around. "My love, have a seat. You look all pale." Marjorie told her calmly as she watched Charlotte whole body shake.

"Why do you have to believe him? He hates me, and now you are with him? Marjorie, please dont fire me?" Charlotte sobbed. "My darling, i dont know what all this is about, but you haven't been fired by anyone." Marjorie told her softly as she moved towards Charlotte.

"But you s-shouted at me that im fired, and he told you all about me and and and..." Charlotte muttered while trying to ground herself. "Well, my love, i haven't shouted at you, and the only person im with is Reece." She told her calmly as the office door opened and Autumn walked in. "Oh Charlotte, you're awake, Mia phoned and said she's stuck in traffic but on her way." Autumn said in her normal cold tone before sitting at her desk.

"W-what do you mean by im awake?" Charlotte questioned nervously. "I went to find you to say that Mia had called but when i got to the staff room you were asleep at the table so i went to pass on a message from one of the parents before i woke you but when i went back you were already awake." Autumn explained simply. "See there you go, my love, it was clearly just a bad dream. You are okay." Marjorie whispered just as the office door opened again.

"Miss me that much that you would rather talk with her?" Mia joked as she shot Marjorie a look when she entered the office before looking at the state her girlfriend was in. "Hey sweetheart, im here." Mias whole dimension changed as she approached Charlotte. The red head changed from being really cocky to calm and softly spoken.

Charlotte looked at Mia before falling into her arms, her body shaking against her girlfriends chest. Mia wrapped her arms around Charlotte and gently took the clip from her hair, placing it down on Autumns desk. Mia played with Charlottes hair till she felt her calming down.

"Mia, she fell asleep in the staff room and had a bad dream about being fired, so she's a little overwhelmed right now." Mia nodded as she listened to what Marjorie was explaining. "Come on, sweetheart. Let's get you home, and we can have cuddles." Mia whispered as Marjorie watched in amazement at how quickly she calmed Charlotte down from her stressed state.

"Sweetheart, go give Marjorie a cuddle, please, because you will feel guilty later on. I will run and grab your stuff." Mia whispered calmly before watching as Charlotte nodded slightly and moved over to Marjorie.

Marjorie wrapped her arms around Charlotte gently and rubbed her back gently. "My love, you are okay, and im not angry at you, okay." Marjorie whispered as Charlotte nodded her head slightly. They stood in the middle of the office in eachothers arms. Marjories gently swayed them side to side. "I would never fire you my love no matter what. " Marjorie whispered as Charlotte nodded
