Chapter 139

Leopold went on with his carefully prepared speech after injecting his mana into the water bowl and activating the magic in it. He made it so that all around the world, his image would appear before everyone. He included the poorest of the lands and the richest of them all, not wanting anyone to be left out of the huge changes that would be to come.

He explained what happened in their Kingdom, giving details about the revolution, and why they had deemed it necessary. He explained the nobles' plan to slowly kill off the world and monopolize the hole. Leopold didn't exaggerate the details, only giving straight facts. He explained how the world would change in the future, and what he had planned for his country. He auto-proclaimed himself president, just as they had planned, and gave reasons why.

Leo was truthful about everything and made sure to make it clear that he would have a vice-president and a counsel to approve his decision. He explained how a democratic country worked and told the other countries to contact him if they wanted to put a similar government in place and had questions. He wouldn't interfere in the other kingdoms' decision, but would be forced to act if he realized that people were still being abused and oppressed. As the founders of the new world, they decided that they would make sure that no sacrifice made today was in vain.

He finished by telling the world about the brave couple who initiated the revolution, Adam and Evan, the true creators of the new world.

Leo didn't want to be viewed as the one behind it all, he preferred to give his new friends the credits that were due to them. Without those two men and their children, he would probably still be in his mansion, trying to find the perfect moment to put his plan into action. Adam and Evan were the true reason that the revolution took place. Just by being themselves, they proved that it was time for a change. Two homosexual men, one noble and one ex-slave, raising shifter kids, that was rare to see before. Now, Leopold hoped that more people would be inspired by them and reveal their true self.

Before closing the one-way communication, Leopold gently awakened Kaleb from his sleep and made the dazed mage face the water so that everyone could see him.

"To finish, this man here is my lover, so don't bother sending people to seduce me or trying to arrange a marriage, I will refuse them all. That will be all, thank you." The prince, now president, closed the communication without any more words. He had said everything he had prepared, and some things improvised toward the end.

He, too, could have feelings.

Leo looked down as Kaleb mumbled sleepily before turning to nuzzle the president's neck and fell right back into dream land. Leopold smiled fondly at the mage before looking up when he heard the door to the throne's room open.

Adam and Evan entered with their kids, followed by Abigail, Erwin, Sylvie and Lev. Leo heard a coughing sound and turned to see Ben's face at the window, probably not able to enter the palace with his height.

"Great speech, mister president." Adam joked, lighting the mood. The others joined him in their praises and clapped their hands. Leo could see that they were truly happy, for him and about the situation, so he accepted the praises as it was.

After everyone had taken a seat in a circle around the water bowl, on commoner chairs, they discussed the future and the role of each one of them. Adam and Evan reaffirmed their claim to not want to be mixed up in politics, and declared that they would leave with their children early in the next morning. They had planned to travel all around the world, and would probably never come back. They would visit the Aleksy's tribe from time to time, mostly so that Ash could see his little friend, but that would be it. Their friends were saddened to not spend more time with them, but they also knew that the quartet was one that needed adventure and a more nomad life. Leo told them that Kaleb would stay with him, of course, which made a few of them look at him with a knowing smirk.

The president ignored them and closed the meeting.

Everyone said one final goodbye to the couple and their kids, knowing that they would probably never see them again. At least, they would make sure to talk about them with their entourage so that no one would forget this incredible family.

What they didn't know at that time was that in the many decades to come, the couple would be known as Adam and Evan, the creators of the new world.

Many would even consider them like deities and their story would spread all around the world, often embellished. Many lamented not knowing what happened to them after that, as the couple disappeared from view with their two children. Some said that they spent the rest of their days chasing monsters and fighting dangerous battles, others said they walked all the countries, found children neglected and abused and took them under their wings, retiring in a sort of home for children, many told various stories but no one knew the truth.

That would be a story for another time.

For now, the little family made their way to the quarters which Leo lent them for the night. Blaze and Ash had a separate room with two beds, but they all knew that the two boys would end up sleeping in the same one, all cuddled up. There was a small living room, where they all ate supper before saying goodnight, the parents heading to their own bedroom.

"I'm going to clean up." Adam told Evan over his shoulder as he walked toward their bathroom. If the giant didn't get the message behind the teasing wink that the warrior sent him after, he couldn't call himself his lover.

Evan hurried after Adam, his cock already growing hard.
