A/N President Aphmau is almost over! I'll be honest, I'm gonna miss this small series, but this is a one shot story, and these should only be ONE SHOTS!!!
Aphmau, Laurence, and Kiki were on their way to the White House. It would be a bit of a plane ride, but no one would attack them this time, seeing as they were headed towards danger.
"Laurence, I'm worried. What if this doesn't work? What if Zane still kills Garroth? What if-"
"Aphmau, it'll be fine. Kiki told us the West Tribe's soldiers should be there before us. They can set up, and we will walk in and Garroth will be ok. You got that?" Asked Laurence. Aphmau took in a deep breath.
"Y-Yeah, I think I'm ok." Aphmau nodded.
"And if it all works out, I'll ask Katelyn out on a date." Promised Laurence, blushing slightly. Aphmau smiled mischievously.
"Oh, then this better work!" Aphmau grinned, being happy for the first time in a while.

Aphmau took a deep breath and entered the White House.
"You know the plan right?"
"Yes. Go inside, start to sign the papers, and then, before I finally sign it, grab Garroth, duck, and yell now."
Aphmau had never been more nervous in her life.
If this went wrong, Garroth would be no more.
Aphmau took a deep breath as she stood in front of the Oval Office. She sighed, and quickly knocked on the door.
Garroth, who was on the other side of the door, was praying to Lady Irene that Aphmau didn't come for him. He didn't want her risking the entire country for him. But, no matter how much he prayed, he still heard her double tap knock on the door. Zane smirked at his brother's horrified expression.
"Come in." Called Zane, fiddling with his switchblade.
Aphmau entered, and she looked like she would rather be in Garroth's position right now. Garroth felt his heart break down when Aphmau looked into Zane's eyes and said,
"I'll sign the papers."
Zane smiled.
"Wonderful. Let me get them, and we can get started." Zane said, placing his switchblade down on the desk. But Apmau knew better, because she had seen the gleam from his pocket, meaning a gun wa hidden just in case.
Aphmau wandered to Garroth, who looked like he had been through hell and back for Aphmau, so which made her feel awful. She didn't even want to know how many times Zane had cut him for taking too long. Aphmau quickly untied his wrists while Zane was turned away, and motioned for him to hide the fact that he was free.
"Here they are." Zane said, handing Aphmau a pen and placing the papers on the desk. Aphmau took in a shaky breath and started to read the paper.
"I'm getting impatient, Aphmau." Zane said, reaching for the switchblade. Aphmau nodded, and started to put her pen to the paper...
She grabbed Garroth and ducked under the desk.
"NOW!!!" Aphmau yelled. Zane grabbed his gun and readied it, aiming at Aphmau.
WAIT, WHAT!?!?
"Ah, Aphmau... The S.W.A.T is at the wrong office." Zane teased, smirking.
Crap, crap, CRAP!
"I thought you were speaking the truth, Aphmau. I thought you truly did want to sign. Now look at what you've done. You're going to die, Garroth is going to die, and I'll own your country." Zane said, his finger dangerously close to the trigger.
"Why, Zane, why?" Asked Aphmau.
"Because. I just want to rule the world. You're just the first one on the list." Zane said, placing his finger on the trigger.
Then, the smashing of glass was heard, and the S.W.A.T team stared to shoot Zane. But before he lost consciousness...
He was able to pull the trigger
Aphmau squeezed her eyes shut waiting for the impact... But she never did. Aphmau opened her eyes and gasped when she saw Garroth had flung himself in front of her, and now had a bloody hole in his gut.
"GARROTH WHAT DID YOU DO?!?!" Yelled Aphmau, grabbing his collar and shaking him.
"Aphmau, I have to tell you something before I-"
"No, you won't die. I promise." Aphmau assured him, yelling for help.
"Aphmau, listen. About a year ago... I started to develop feelings for you. I don't expect you to return them, but just know I... I love you Aphmau." He said.
"Help! Someone please help!!" Aphmau cried, not wanting to lose Garroth now.
Before everything went black, Garroth smiled to himself, because he had just done something he had wanted to do for a while.
He confessed

Aphmau sat in her office nervously. She was able to put the country back on order, and O'kasis now belonged to the Phoenix Alliance. Garroth was coming back to work today. It had been two days, and she was nervous, because the last time she saw him, he had confessed her feelings for her.
And while she hated to think about it, Aphmau knew she felt the same way.
As she twiddled her thumbs, the door opened and she looked up. Garroth stood in the doorway, scratching the back of his neck.
"G-Good morning, Aphmau." He said. Aphmau smiled.
"Good morning, Garroth. I see you have been cured." She said, referring to the gun shot.
"Oh, yeah, I have been healed. Now, shall we begin our daily news?" Asked Garroth.
".... No." Aphmau concluded, standing up. Garroth blinked.
"I-I'm sorry... What?" Garroth said.
"We have some unfinished business to attend to." Aphmau said, walking up to him.
"W-we do?" Garroth asked. Aphmau nodded, smiling.
"Yes." She said, before smashing her lips into his.
Garroth dropped the folders he was holding, and placed his hands around Aphmau's waist, kissing back. Aphmau's arms snaked around to his neck, and she smiled. Garroth held her in his arms as the two kissed deeply for a while. Then, they broke apart, gasping for breath.
"... I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say you feel the same way?" Asked Garroth. Aphmau giggled, shaking her head.
"You goofball." She said, kissing him again.
A/N PRESIDENT APHMAU IS OVER!!!! And the GARMAU IS SAILING!!!! Oops, I'm sorry, I went overboard again, huh...?
