♧A/N: For this chapter and the following chaps also, you have to take note that I will differentiate between Korean and English direct speeches. I'll write the English sentences with underlines. That's gonna be important.♧
Mooyeon's POV
Today was the day of Hoseok and Princess Hyeonju's wedding and I was really excited. Not only because I wanted to see them together finally but also because I've only seen traditional Korean weddings on TV shows.
By the way, is it coincidence that today is CHRISTMAS? The day you celebrate LOVE!
I can't wait to give Taehyung my finished pendant as a Christmas gift. He wouldn't know or understand what Christmas is but I think I could show him something new, right? I really put much effort in it since it was my first try creating such accesoiries. I held the gift tightly in my hands by the imagination of handing him my first handmade Christmas gift ever.
I planned to give the present to him secretly during the party, while everyone is busy celebrating and drinking whine. Since I didn't want to steal the attention from today's main characters and I really didn't want to be teased by the others.
I took my steps faster and faster until it was hard for my maids to follow.
"Milady, you have to watch for you safety!" Hyangin shouted.
"Don't worry!" I shouted back, turning back towards her while I kept running. "Hyangin you're just too slow! You girls from the past should work out more often!"
I turned around again and before I could see the way in front of me I bumped into something and fell to the ground.
"Lady Mooyeon!" I heard Hyangin cry from behind.
Ouch that hurt. I fell directly on my butt and the impact was quiet strong.
"Oh I'm so sorry!(eng)" I heard a voice say. A hand which was wearing a thick glove was also offering me some support.
"It's okay. I should be sorry. It was my fault.(eng)" I answered.
Wait. That can't be... did this person just speak in English?
I looked up and saw a young Western-looking man who was about 25 to 30 years old. He wore a big hat with a feather attached to it, an uniform in old european style and some boots. An his belt there was a long, thin sword hanging.
I don't know but if there were two more of him they could form the three musketeers.

♧A/N: Just so you get an idea of what I mean.♧
"I'm surprised that I would ever find someone who's speaking my language in this country." the young stranger said eith a strong English accent, still extending his hand, signalling me to stand up with his help.
