Chapter 47 - Tyrann

Vincent's POV

"Now, after I took Taehyung's biggest power away he is just like a nothing in the palace." JeonHa explained. "You shouldn't be worried about your plan now. I bet the girl will run into your embrace soon."

I shook my head, showing that I disagreed his opinion. "I don't think so, JeonHa. I think we have to push her more." I explained, thinking.

"I guess, Earl Magot already has a plan in mind?"

"Could you tell me what the exact situation looked like when she arrived here?" I asked.

King Hyeonjong was thinking for a while before he came to an answer.

"She was really shocked that she landed here. It seemed as if she was afraid from us. I mean really afraid. She called us crazy... that we were acting... especially Taehyung. She didn't have a positive image of him. She kept shouting 'crazy'... 'killer' and... 'psycho'? I don't know it that exactly anymore. Why is that interesting to you anyways?"

I ignored the King's question as I was thinking for myself.

'Killer' and 'Psycho'... That indeed was interesting. Maybe I can use that.

Mooyeon's POV

I thought today's meeting would be normal but guess I've been wrong.

I was standing besides of Vincent, Heechul behind him. But that wasn't that strange since I already got to know both of them better after I've lived with them for about 4 months.

Taehyung was standing on a spot farther away from the one he used to be. He, and the other DaeJangs as well, had a strange expression on their face as if something terrible happened.

It couldn't be Heechul's presence, they all got informed that he was serving for Earl Magot and that JeonHa spared his life.

That didn't make sense. Taehyung has been teaching me riding just yesterday. What could have happened after he brought me back to my room?

The meeting started and JeonHa asked all people whether there was some important thing to be discussed.

Namjoon stepped out, preparing himself to report.

"JeonHa. After thinking for a whole night about it, I and my fellow DaeJangs came to the conclusion that JeonHa, as the King of all citizens must be unbelievable busy. Busier than anyone could imagine. We are wishing to lessen your stress. Therefore I'm here to request if you could give Taehyung his troop back." Namjoon loudly asked.

My eyes grew wide and I was about to step out, asking why Taehyung didn't tell me something that important. But I was stopped by Heechul from behind.

"I think it's not a good idea to interfere now." Vincent whispered to me.

He was right. I didn't have the right to speak unless JeonHa tells me to. So the only thing I could do was to analyze the conversation.

"But you know Namjoon, Taehyung handed me the token himself. I didn't force him to do so. Besides, I indeed have figured out that his troop lacks in comparison to the others." JeonHa explained.

His troop lacks? But I was told that Taehyung has the strongest soldiers under his lead here.

"JeonHa." Yoongi also stepped out to support Namjoon. "Please forgive my directness but I heard that you sent these men to support building the Queen's mansion. I must dare asking you to rethink that. Goryeo's defense can't pass on these men."
