Chapter 46 - Power

Mooyeon's POV

Today, Taehyung and I decided to go to the shedrow, so I could finally learn how to ride.

We watched Hyangin taking care of Mari from a distance while I put a not-so-amused look on my face.

"What's wrong, Mooyeon?" Taehyung asked me after noticing my glare.

"Hyangin's cooking is really delicious, isn't it? I'm just remembering the taste that is still on my mouth." I said annoyingly.

He did nothing but laugh at me.

"Laugh. Laugh. Laugh! Today I made 5 dishes. You only took 6 pieces while taking 7 pieces of her lamb meat!"

He kept on laughing while looking towards Hyangin's direction.

"Stop looking at her. Do you think she's pretty?" I slapped his shoulder.

"Uhm. She's indeed quite pretty." he nod.

"As pretty as I am?"

"Oh yeah, look at the eyes. So big, how pretty!"

Is he serious? He really wanted me to beat him!

"If you want I can rip the eyes out for you."

"Her neck is also not bad."

"Not as pretty as mine. Her's is more wider. How is that pretty?"

"What do you mean with wide? It's thin and long as well as her legs. Unfortunately, she has 2 white marks on her butt."

OK, Taehyung. Give me a reason to slap you.

"You know that she has 2 white marks on her butt? How do you know? Don't tell me that you saw it." I glared at him.

"I did! I saw her whole body from head to toe."

"What are you talking about?" I shouted, not believing what I just heard and raised my arm, ready to slap him.

"I'm talking about the horse. What are you talking about?" he innocently said.

Gosh, Taehyung.

"Who's talking about the horse? I'm referring to the lady!"

"Hey! Mari is also a lady!"

I couldn't help but hit him jokingly and he put me in a backhug.

"If you don't want me to look at other women then I'll only look at you. If you don't want me to praise other's cookings then you have to cook for me everyday. I just hope that you stay by my side, no matter who or what I am." he softly whispered into my ear.

"Tae..." I was surprised by what he said. What did he mean by 'no matter what or who he is'?

Taehyung's POV

I can't let her worry for me. After what today happened I have nothing else to do anymore. I just hope that she doesn't mind me being a nothing now.

◇Flashback◇

I and Seokjin watched our troop doing their training with proud when JeonHa arrived suddenly.

"We bow in respect before JeonHa!" all of us kneeled down.

JeonHa took some time to step down from his horse until he finally allowed us to stand up.

"Taehyung, Seokjin. May I talk to you for a while?"

We followed JeonHa to where no one could hear our conversation as I let my men continue the training without me and Seokjin.

"Your soldiers all look really strong. You trained them well." he praised.
