You stepped into the Sanctum with bags in your hands. You were feeling good today- you had a day off and you went for shopping. Unfortunately, your best friend couldn't come with you because he said he had visitors.

You didn't know who were the visitors. So you bought him a gift. You knew since he became the Sorcerer Supreme he was stressed out but he wouldn't show it to you. He was still the same Doctor Strange.

"Stephen? Wong?"

You called out but no one answered you. You frowned. Usually if Stephen was busy, Wong will definitely comes and tell you.

You dropped the bags on a table and went upstairs. You saw Stephen's back from where you were standing and a smile spreaded on your face.

"Hi, Stephen-"

He turned around and then only you saw another man in the room. Stephen gave you a small smile.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt your meeting-"

"No, no. It's fine. I'd rather have your company than him."

Stephen said, a smirk was dancing on his lips. The man narrowed his eyes at Stephen. Then he looked at you and his gaze softened.

"I'm Thor Odinson. It's so nice to see such a beautiful lady in this place."

The man- Thor- walked towards you. He took your hand in his and kissed your knuckles softly, his eyes never left yours. You blushed and chuckled nervously.

"I'm Y/N. It's nice to see you too."

Stephen's smirk disappeared as a frown took its place. He pulled you away from Thor and cleared his throat. You shook your head at his protective gesture.

"I'm sorry but are you courting him, Lady Y/N?"

Thor asked you, a sly smirk was on his face. You looked at Stephen and sighed. You actually liked him, more than friends, but it seemed like there was no hope. You've been friends since forever.

"No, Thor. I'm not courting anyone now."

You chuckled at the word that you just used. Thor breathed of relief and smiled broadly.

"Good to know."

Stephen stepped in front of you, shielding you from the God of Thunder's gaze. You rolled your eyes at him.

"I believe our discussion is over. You can take your leave now, Thor."

Stephen said smugly. Thor nodded and was going to leave before he stopped before you.

"I'll see you again, Lady Y/N."

He gave you a charming smile and kissed your knuckles. Rosy blush creeped on your cheeks as he did that. He left and Stephen raised his eyebrows at you.

"What was that, Stephen?"

"What?"

He asked and acted innocent. You sighed and trailed behind him as he walked into the library. You caught his wrist and he turned around. He looked at you with annoyed look on his face but actually, he was so happy to see you after a long day.

"I bought a gift for you."

"Oh. For what?"

He asked. You linked your arm with him and started to walk back again.
