At school

Tetsuo receives a letter telling him to go to the gym after the basketball practice

Tetsuo remembers the guys from the team that is still bullying him, thinking its a trap he didn't go

That time he went home
The captain of the Teiko basketball team watches him go as he talks to Tetsuo's bullies

When Tetsuo returned home
Tetsuya sees Tetsuo clean and was feeling relieved

Tetsuya: did something good happen today?

Tetsuo: today?...no

Tetsuya: *smile* I see you didn't fall or trip today... Your uniform is clean so I figure

Tetsuo: I guess...

Tetsuya: are you hungry... I prepared some snacks

As Tetsuya turns away
Tetsuo suddenly calls out to him "Uhm... Mom"

Tetsuya immediately answers "what is it?"
Tetsuo hesitated he look at Tetsuya for a couple of seconds and said: "I'm sorry if I worried you but I want you to know..."

Tetsuya look at Tetsuo's eyes as Tetsuo said "I'm gonna be okay"

Tetsuya wanted to tell Tetsuo what he knows but he couldn't

instead, Tetsuya hugs him tight, he closes his eyes and remembers the first time Tetsuo ever cried

when he opened his eyes he sees that baby finally growing up so strong

The Next day

Tetsuo arrived at school as usual no one notices him and somewhat Tetsuo is already used to it ... but those people he wished that would not notice him sees him clearly

student 1: you left so early yesterday we didn't get to play
