I slowly awoke to the soft sound of Lapis's snoring. My eyes slightly opened, and I peeked down to Lapis's full head of blue hair below my chin. The ghost of a smile formed on my face, and I looked over at my sidetable. There sat my phone, but I was unable to reach it because of the bluenette. However, I stretched my arm as far as possible, and my fingers BARELY brushed against my phone, pulling it a bit closer. After some struggling, I finally grabbed it. The movements didn't seem to bother Lapis, and she remained asleep.

I checked the time on my phone, and it read 8:46 AM. Fuck my class starts in 14 minutes. I groaned quietly, closing my eyes. "Lapis..." I whispered, running my fingers through her ruffled hair. "Hmm..." she hummed in response, and I kissed her head. "You missed your class." I giggled. She only grunted in response, seeming to not care all that much. "I know you don't care about your class, but I care about my class. And it starts pretty soon..." I murmured.

There was a moment of silence, then Lapis eventually huffed loudly as she shifted. She pulled her arms away from me slowly, and her head turned away from my neck. She rolled to the other side, mashing her face into her pillow like she always does. I chuckled and shook my head, sitting up. I climbed off of the bed, and immediately tensed up when I felt something. A soreness burned between my legs, and I clamped a hand over my mouth before making any noises. I turned back to look at Lapis, who was once again sleeping peacefully on the bed. I slowly and carefully walked to the bathroom, definitely not used to this feeling.

. . . .

I cautiously walked to chemistry, trying not to walk funny so I didn't catch any attention. Oh god I'm sore. I'm gonna scold Lapis for this when I get back to the dorm. Once I entered the room, I spotted Amethyst tiredly sitting in a seat, and I slid into one right beside her. I dropped my backpack and sighed. I looked over at Ame, who appeared to be suffering from a massive hangover. "Morning Amethyst." I said in a low voice, looking back down at my desk. "Morning, Perbear. Didja have fun last night?" she asked turning to me.

"I suppose so..." I replied very quietly, turning away from Amethyst quickly. "You made sure to let the whole campus know about it too, heh." Amethyst said in a raspy voice, and I blinked a few times. "Wh-what do you mean?!" I squeaked. "I mean we heard you two playin' rough in the dorm last night." Amethyst chuckled, shimmying her shoulders a little. "I-I don't know what you're talking about. We went to bed when we got home." I claimed, tapping my fingers against the desk.

"Mhmm. But I'm pretty sure there aren't any other Lapises around here, though." Amethyst raised an eyebrow, and my face grew a dark shade of red. "What the hell was goin' on in there man? It sounded like someone was violently banging their head against the wall!" Amethyst cracked up. "Maybe that's what I was doing." I replied, closing my eyes and huffing. Amethyst snickered in response, and shook her head. "Whatever you say, nerd." I side-glanced her. "Besides, how would you even know that? I thought you passed out at Steven's house." I said.

"Oh I did. Pearl took me back to the dorm though. While we were walking back that's when we heard you two going at it like animals." she explained. "Someone must've been hammering nails into the wall or something right next to our room." I protested. "Oh something was being hammered, alright." Amethyst shot back. "Shut the hell up! The people next door to us must've been banging or something." I growled defensively, feeling sweat form on the back of my neck.

"We simple grew tired and went to sleep as soon as we got home." I claimed once again, fidgeting with a pencil that was sitting on the desk. "What did you two do last night?" I asked, changing the subject. "Well, I wanted a little some some from Pearl too, but she wasn't keen on it with me bein' drunk and all." she explained, resting her chin in her hand, looking disappointed. "I also woke up with a terrible hangover this morning." she added.

"That's why you shouldn't drink gallons of beer at a time, dumbass." I remarked. "Yolo." she simply replied, shrugging her shoulders. I sighed and rolled my eyes, feeling exhausted already. "Did Jasper end up going to the party?" I asked. "Nah... he's still in the hospital. But last time I talked to him he told me to tell you and Lapis hi." Amethyst explained. "I still get this odd feeling..." I muttered, looking down at my lap.

"What do you mean?" Amethyst tilted her head. "Like... Jasper still has feelings for her. After all he did try to get back with her earlier this year." I admitted, fidgeting with my fingers. "What about Lapis? How does she feel about him?" she asked. "Well... she told me she doesn't have feelings for him at all. And she'll never get back together with him." I replied. "Well that's good. Jasper will find another gal. He just needs time." she said, looking back to the front of the class. The professor hadn't shown up yet. "Yeah... I just get uneasy thinking too much about it." I muttered barely above a whisper.
. . . .

I huffed, walking down the hall towards my dorm room. I heard arguing in the distance, and I tilted my head, a bit confused. Is that Lapis? The sound grew louder and louder as I neared closer to it. I turned a corner, and immediately stopped in my tracks as I spotted Aquamarine standing in the doorway of our dorm. Lapis's fists were balled and she looked furious.

Pumpkin stood beside Lapis, looking a bit scared. I walked toward the two bickering girls and timid puppy. What the?!
