(BLU)

The world is really unfair.

That thought had never been more glaring than the moment Robin appeared in the living room wearing a fitted black trouser, tucked in white long sleeve formal shirt with the top button still open and a wet look hairstyle swept on one side and partially hanging on his face.

I spent the last three hours working to improve my look at least 30% more but Robin only had to apply a wet gel on his hair, sweep it aside a little and walk out of his room to look like he invented the meaning for the phrase "dashing debonair".

It's unfair. I don't even need to look at a mirror to know that I will look like a coat valet if I stand beside him.

Robin looks like he is ready to inherit the James Bond persona.

Fuck him.

"Blu, are you okay? Don't frown," Mr.Gilbert, who has been fussing all over me for a good hour now, is trying to straightened my bow tie.

Mr.Akage walked to Robin's side and started unbuckling his watch. "Be careful while wearing this one. It's vintage." Mr.Akage handed his diamond encrusted vintage Rolex to Robin.

Robin laughed as he raised the watch to appraise it, "I have been asking you to hand this piece of shit to me for years now...and today you suddenly decided to give it over. Why?"

"Because it suits you to wear it tonight," Mr.Akage said. "You don't think I will hand you this watch while you compete in swimming now, right?"

The two Akages laugh together and I feel like I am watching a commercial for watches or liquor. Or a legacy handing ceremony. I don't know...

"Are you sure your head is not aching anymore?" Mr.Akage asked Robin while pointing at Robin's forehead.

"No. It's fine, Uncle." Robin touched the scarred part of his forehead. After we had lunch, a doctor came to remove the stitches on Robin's forehead. It's all healed up. I stood on the sideline, watching it all happen and wondering how much Mr.Akage paid to have a doctor come to the penthouse to see to Robin's wound.

Must have been a lot. At least for me. To the Akages, the amount was something they could probably just shrugged around.

Either way, Robin's head is healed now and I somewhat feel lighter about it. I caused that injury and knowing that my victim is fully recovered now, gave me a relief feeling.

Robin's eyes turned to me while he clasped the gold watch on his wrist. "You look dapper, Blu." He whistled while giving me a once over. "Very dashing..."

I threw him a sour look. "Don't lie to me. You look dashing. I look like I am playing adult. I don't feel comfortable in a suit. It's like I am attending a funeral again..."

"Don't be like that," Mr.Gilbert gently admonished me. "You look handsome. Your suitas fits you well. The color compliment your skin tone. You look like a prince." Mr.Gilbert smiled as he arranged my waistcoat and the gold plated pocketwatch he placed on it. He made sure the chains of the pocketwatch are not tangled up.

I pointed at Robin. "He looks like a Prince. I look like a waiter." I grumbled as my hand rose to touch the bowtie tied on my neck.
