I am determined to make it up to the three people who came with me in this vacation. I want to do something to take back the vacation I ruined by almost drowning yesterday.

I woke up this morning alone. I fell asleep with Mr.Gilbert lying down on Robin's bed. He said he was staying with me the whole night and Robin will sleep on the master's suite with Mr.Akage. It looked like I separated my guardian and his lover for the night. My feeling of guilt about that added to my other feelings of guilt. So today, on our third day here in the island, I decided to make it up to Mr.Akage, Mr.Gilbert and Robin.

That is if I could get Robin to talk to me. All morning, Robin did nothing but avoid me. He won't even look at me. And to be honest, I feel hurt.

I mean, I know it's my fault. I know that. I am all too aware of that. But at the same time...I almost drown. I got hurt. My head banged against the boat and it still has a bandage on it. I mean, isn't he being too mean to me? Too mean to the person who got hurt and almost died.

What I am trying to say is...I know it's my fault but can't he, I don't know, be nice to the the patient? That kind of thing.

I sighed.

But I guess some concession like that could only be expected from nice people. And it was already well established that Robin is not nice. He is a jerk. But he has reasons to be a jerk to me so...I won't hold that against him.

But still...I need Robin to talk to me. For my plans to come to fruition, I need Robin to talk to me. Or listen to me, at least. But how can that happen if Robin is actively avoiding me. I missed breakfast and Robin decided to strike out on his own while Mr.Akage and Mr.Gilbert stayed close to me as I learn how to make bowls and utensils from coconut and wood barks.

It didn't help that Mr.Gilbert was highly interested in those kind of things while Mr.Akage was already doing a feasibility report in these kind of products.

That's when I found out that I hate vacationing with old people while injured. I wasnot supposed to do anything too tiring at the same time I have to be close to my guardians who has boring ideas of having fun.

Anyways, lunch was also a non affair. Robin didn't show up and I learned that he went with a fishing boat to do some sting ray watching. So unfair! Robin gets to do all the fun parts while I am stuck with the...older people.

Sigh.

But I managed to corner Robin when got back to wash and change clothes.

I blocked his way to the bathroom inside our room. "Talk to me," I demanded on him.

Robin gave me a look full of superiority. Then he smirked and sneered before sidestepping to pass me.

I moved fast to get in front of him and block him again. This time I outstretched my arms to cover my bases. "Fine, you don't want to talk to me, I could understand that. But can't you at least listen to what I have to say?" I let my arms fall to stomp my foot. "How can I apologize properly if you won't listen to me? Or even stay on the same perimeter as me..." I grumbled that last part.

"Apologize then," Robin said. I look up into his eyes and winced when I saw irritation there. I swallowed hard before opening my mouth. "I'm sorry about yesterday. You are right...I was reckless and you told me to be careful but I..."

"You are forgiven," Robin cut into my apology. My eyes widened, "I am?" That surprises me more than anything.

Robin nodded, "You are. And now that I forgiven you, can you do me a favor?"
